New York City: Smelling Chemtrails

from New York City

Here in NYC there has been a continual heavy bombardment since last Saturday, September 7th. (Today is 9/14) The smell started on 9/7 with a heavy, overripe flowery scent. This changed to an oppressive metallic odor which has continued unabated through today. I rarely smell the chemicals.

The last time was the week before Hurricane Sandy. At that time the smell was exactly the same as what is here in NYC now. At that time, I thought I might have a brain issue or was going insane because no one else could smell anything. I travelled through Brooklyn, upper Manhattan, lower Manhattan and Queens, and could smell it everywhere. When I travelled north out of the City, I finally found relief. Coming back to the City, the smell returned. This was enough evidence for me that it was external to me. Nevertheless, I fell into such despair, thinking that it would never go away.

When it finally did after 7 days (with the hurricane), I felt terrible for the loss of life, property and the health impacts amongst people who know nothing about what's going on. Yet, I felt incredible gratitude that the smell was gone.

Fast forward to this week.  Last Saturday I had the same health impact as during the pre-Sandy spraying, namely a crushing headache on the left side.  It sent me to bed until the next morning, sometimes waking me up during the night.  Church the next day was almost unbearable, as the smell was intensified inside the building.  The subway too is incredibly bad at times.  I've had to get out of trains and wait in intermediate stations just to get into a less intense place for a time.

Still, no one seems to have any clue.  Surprisingly, there is some dry coughing around, but much less than I'd expect.  My lung function is fair, though it is worse now than it was a week ago (very good then).
