Why Do They Spray Some Areas Harder Than Others?

Spraying intensity increased in the Clearwater/Dunedin area of Florida after 2 new hospitals were built. Being someone who smells and tastes chemtrail fallout in the air, I personally witnessed this change during my 2018 trip to visit family in Florida. Keep in mind that you cannot determine the intensity of spraying visually anymore because they now utilize short, non-persistent trails at high altitudes to make the program much harder for the public to notice.

Between 1995 and 2005, the aerosol injection program expanded into virtually all large cities of all industrialized countries of the world. During this same span of time, a number of people working throughout the United States and Europe in middle-management positions at hospitals were ordered directly by top management to place a daily phone call. In this call, they were instructed to provide statistics which specifically revealed how close to capacity the hospital was operating. Upper management steadfastly refused to disclose the purpose, recipient, or any other details. Those instructed to place the calls were only given a phone number and, in some cases, a first name.

All of these whistleblowers experienced the same sequence of events regardless of the city or country they worked in. Once they began communicating and determined these phone calls were a feedback mechanism related to aerosol injection programs, they approached media and shared their stories.

In 2005, virtually all of these whistleblowers suddenly removed themselves from the public eye and never spoke about their experience again.

A Hypothesis

If these whistleblowers were indeed providing feedback for a depopulation program, we can hypothesize that the information they provided to the program is important. In short, the hospital occupancy-to-capacity ratio for any given area must be an important factor in the ongoing aerosol injection program.

A depopulation program certainly would not want to raise public concern, and few things raise concern faster than overflowing hospitals. Spraying would need to be reduced in a given region when hospitals were near capacity. Heavier spraying could commence once hospital occupancy fell. This is precisely what the whistleblowers observed.

After considering various statistics, we found a correlation between the total hospital-capacity-to-population-ratio in a given region and the total average spray intensity. Areas that have many hospitals in relation to population are sprayed heavier. Areas having fewer hospitals in relation to population are sprayed less. In short, spray intensity is not about population density, it's about hospital capacity in relation to population.

A specific anomaly occurs in areas with a higher ratio of retirees. Here we found less intense spraying despite a large hospital capacity-to-population ratio. This made sense however because the elderly are more reactive to toxic aerosols. Areas with more retirees requires less intense spraying to fill hospitals. When factoring in the retirement ratio, we appeared to have discovered the golden ratio of aerosol injection intensity for any given region.

The Golden Rule of Depopulation

Secrecy

It is the golden rule of depopulation. Eugenicists must never allow the population to discover they are being depopulated.

The depopulation program must conceal any artifacts or statistics of its own existence. If hospitals were constantly overflowing with sick patients, the public would soon become alarmed. An alarmed population would soon begin considering the cause of such widespread hospital overflows. For this reason, keeping hospitals from overflowing is a priority for the program.

Corroboration

I hope this article will stimulate research into this modality of calculating the intensity of aerosol injection for any given area.

By reaching a sustained level of predictability, this method potentially provides legally-acceptable evidence necessary for litigiously (in a lawsuit) revealing a premeditated depopulation program.

2022: An Update

UPDATE 12/3/2022 - Today I was just asked a question online and ended up creating a pretty long post related to this subject that I thought I would share below...

I'm in Maine. I have friends that I talk to. I find that spraying is usually very similar throughout the entire northeast U.S. The only difference I see is with the type of that is spraying related to weather. This type of spraying (which usually involves the "Barium" type) varies depending on local weather, but the typical "depop" spraying is pretty uniform throughout the entire northeast.

I spent a lot of time in Florida from 2018 onward helping my mother out and found that spray intensity there (Dunedin, Florida) is only about 40-50% as strong as it is here. In fact, that is true from Port Richey to Clearwater to Tampa. The types sprayed are the same types, but the types are sprayed on quite a different schedule.

For example, they sprayed the Model Cement type in the Dunedin area between 4 pm and 5 pm almost every night for months while I was there. They would spray other types in the morning and evening, but Model Cement hit every night was pretty consistent.

I believe the intensity differences between areas are based on the ratio between population and hospital capacity. They want to keep hospitals full and profitable while they depop, but they don't want hospitals overflowing because that would scare the public. I noticed in the Dunedin area that, as they built 2 additional hospitals, spraying intensity increased. Before the hospitals were built, spray intensity in that area was 30% as strong as here. After the hospitals were built, spray intensity was 40-50% as strong.

There is a lot more about the patterns that I have witnessed, but that is a basic overview of what I've seen.
