Francis Mangels, Retired USDA Biologist

Jim CorrFrancis Mangels is a retired USDA Biologist who has observed ongoing geoengineering activities in the sky. He has been an outspoken advocate for the protection of Earth's ecosystems and has tested and reported dramatic increases in environmental aluminum and barium since the dramatic increase in atmospheric spraying between 2000 and 2005.

Francis appeared in the documentary videos What In The World Are They Spraying and Why In The World Are They Spraying. Francis has also appeared on Global Skywatch Radio.

Insect and Fish Decline

Below is a letter from retired Biologist Francis Mangels exposing his observations relating to declining fish and insect populations. This is vitally important because these declines lead to further declines all the way up the food chain eventually leading to humans.

Greeting to all from Francis:

We got sweep nets to check out local insects, as we have not been seeing the usual. For the last 3 years terrestrial bugs have been about 20% of normal populations. This year the populations appear to be about 10% of normal. The most populous are the true bugs and aphids, suckers, while the chewers are nearly absent except for a very few grasshoppers of the flying locust type.

The aquatics have been about 10% of normal, except in springwater areas, for 5 yrears. The types that live in mud are particularly absebnt. The trout are in poor condition, and the size of wild fish has generally declined in local streams. I wll go fishing as usual, but when I catch something, it usually has only a few terrestrials like ants in the stomach, and is usually a hatchery fish.

I'm just reporting what my sampling has found. I very much hope this is just a long-term anomaly, but I am beginning to suspect it is not because the effects are so widespread. Point pollution affects only one stream. Air pollution affects them all, and I suspect its the Welsbach elements.

O Lord, may I be all wrong about this. BF"
