It has been a strange and devastating day of spraying so far. This is so bad. How much longer will we allow this to continue without being actively involved. Few know the depth of suffering this is causing.

We were hit with an extremely-potent plume last night which continued to linger in the air until about 4 am. Following is the event profile.

Now everything changed.

We have not been hit with the Drywall dust type in some time, but this morning they hit us with this type at intensity 9.75 (of 10) from about 8:30 am until about noon.

This type make the air feel thick and hard-to-breath and induces very strong mercury symptoms.

The next 3 plumes were dominated by the very dangerous Sedative/Magnesium-Blocker/Beta-Blocker type with the inflammatory types close behind. These plumes have been devastatingly strong. This is the kind of spray-day we see ambulance here in rural Maine.

They layered continuously until about 5 pm when intensity fell back to 8. It remained there until 6:50 when we were hit with the following plume.

What is interesting about this, and the previous plume is that the top 3 components were/are all about equally as powerful.

The night has been off-and-on with some brutal plumes and some breaks inbetween.

We were hit right at the usual time... 10:30 pm tonight. Last night they were 25 minutes late. Then they hit us again at 11:17, again, pretty close to their normal schedule.

Folks, these are not commercial jets producing these plumes that we taste, smell, and that cause horrible health symptoms. They are military. They do not have transponders.

February 27 - The Daily Spraying Log

2 pm

Well this is an odd day. We have snow but no Barium type, which is typically sprayed before and during precipitation.

Also, we have had no discrete plumes this morning. Intensity has hovered between 8 and 8.25 all morning and afternoon so far. Of course, intensity should be zero, but 8 is better than 9 or 10.

Finally, the HAARP Hum had been audible this morning and afternoon. I have noticed that, historically, it is audible more often before and during precipitation, but not always. Just an interesting pattern.

Remember, although intensity 8 is milder than the air usually is, it is by no means clear. Intensity 8 still is exhausting, fatiguing, tiring, and induces health symptoms, just not a dramatically as intensity 9 or 10.

We have been hit with 2 powerful plumes earlier this evening.

The Copper type has been absent in these plumes.

We are now in the middle of an evening "break" with intensity down to 7.75, although it should be zero.

We have been hit with 3 plumes.

Normally we are hit at about 10:20 to 10 30 pm with the first plume after our evening break. Tonight they were later hitting us at 10:51 pm instead.

Interestingly, the first 2 plume mirrored the previous ones in that the one was dominated by the Model Cement type while the next was dominated by the Magnesium-Blocker type. I think the patterns are interesting.

The previous plume at 12:18 am has been layered with no breaks. Intensity rose to well above 10. The order of the components changed when being layered. Both inflammatory types soon became dominant categorizing this a "nighttime" type plume.

It's now over 2-hours later and intensity is still above 10 as I type this. Yes, you heard me right. It has been that intense this entire time. The air is brutal right now. The Mercury component is also extremely strong inducing tinnitus and other horrible mercury symptoms.

We were hit with a Burnt Electronics/Skunk plume at 1:11 am.

12:20 pm

Intensity has been high with the inflammatory types throughout the morning. The inflammatory types induce "asthma" attacks in some while producing no apparent symptoms in others. They produce heart arrhythmia in some, trouble breathing in some, fatigue in others. Inflammation is dangerous, especially when it's in the heart, and that is exactly what the inflammatory types do, in some more than others.

This has been a typical morning compared to recent history. They use the inflammatory types throughout the night and morning and sometimes throughout the afternoon as well.

As I said, the inflammatory types induce arrhythmia in some by causing heart inflammation, arterial inflammation, and much more.

This should not be happening, but continued public denial is the enabler that allows it to continue. They do this by your passive permission.

Now that they use layering so often, it's easier to log a span of time logging the associated intensity range during that timespan. So along this line of reasoning: Intensity has ranged between 8.25 and 10 throughout the morning. Hits occurred at roughly 1 hour intervals with layering in between most hits to maintain high toxicity without breaks between plumes. Continuous exposure to health-decimating toxicity is clearly the goal.

If only the public would wake up and realize what is intentionally being done to all life right now, things would be very different... much better in fact.

It is brutal and crushing, and it's astonishing the world is largely ignoring this.

Intensity increases. Another bad morning of spraying dominated by the "nighttime" mix of components which is dominated by the inflammatory types. This morning has been a little bit worse than other recent mornings in terms of intensity.

Note that, in recent history, the overall intensity of the Mercury type has been stronger which will lead to many emotional and physical conditions including tinnitus, depression, anxiety, insomnia, joint issues, and so much more.

The inflammatory types typically lead to heart issues, spiked blood pressure and tiredness and exhaustion.

As I type this, we are suffering under an intense plume currently at 10. This plume hit us at 12:01 pm.

ALERT: TYPE III Biologics

It has been a horrendous day of spraying. Intensity through the afternoon was non-stop layering with intensity constantly hovering around 8.75. They have been using TYPE III Biologics all throughout the afternoon. Click the link to learn about what that does to us.

At roughly 2 pm they began layering in the Barium type, which is one of the types they nearly always spraying before and during precipitation. So I looked at radar and, sure enough, we have a large front about to hit us.

All of the other common daytime components were also present all day.

After all this layering, we were then hit with 3 discrete plumes, all very intense.

As I type this, the typical nighttime mix is in the air at intensity 9, so it's rising, and that makes sense since they historically hit us at about 10:30 am, and they are hitting us now.

The intensity of the previous plume is now up to 9.5, and rising at a medium rate.

I forgot to mention earlier that we have had TYPE III Biologics in the air off and on yesterday and this morning. Intensity of this type has ranged from 8 to 8.75.


3:42 pm

The previous plume fell back in intensity to 8.5 but suddenly included a little of the Barium type, which makes sense because this this is typically sprayed before and during precipitation, and we are now getting know.

They continued layering until about 1 pm when intensity fell to 7.75, which is remarkable for this time in history. A few years ago we would hit 7.5 between plumes daily, but not anymore.

If you have been following this log, you will find that this is, if I remember right, the third day in a row that we have had an unusually mild breaks in the early afternoon. But, it didn't last too long.

At about 3:10 pm we were hit with a daytime plume dominated by the dangerous Sedative/Magnesium-Blocker/Beta-Blocker type. This is when muscles begin twitching, hands and feed get cold, and heart arrhythmia begins.

It has been a remarkably different day. We have had no plumes since the previous plume at 11:30. Air intensity has been about 7.75 this entire time. This happened yesterday and now again today.

Now, at 3:15 pm we have been hit with a strong plume dominated by the Mercury, Model Cement/Burnt Plastic and the inflammatory types.

Following is what I have witnessed for years. It just happened and it is a great example.

We got hit at 3:15 pm and within about 1 minute I feel symptoms. Within 10 minutes Laura has a full-on headache and now feels—as she just worded it—"pukey" and "yukey". Ears are now ringing because of the mercury type. Inflammation has kicked in along with the associated muscle and joint pain.

This is how it works with everyone to some degree or another. I have witnessed how it affects others... virtually everyone. They don't have to be able to smell or taste it in order to feel it. Few taste or smell it. Most have health symptoms within minutes of being exposed. Again. I have witnessed it for years... since the day the spraying began in our area.

I'll mention this as well, We have a young relative over visiting and he is acting differently since we were hit with this plume. The mercury type typically manifests in children with moodiness, hyperactivity, anger, impatience, digestive issues, and more. Typically the emotional changes hit first; within minutes.

It has been a brutal, brutal morning of spraying with all plumes going above intensity 10 and causing horrible, life-threatening symptoms. Yes, folks this is really happening for those who have hard time believing it.

It is times like this when I see ambulances going by in this remote, rural location. This ONLY happens during heavy spraying. Only in the past 5 or so years have we seen regular ambulances here. All components of the combination have been very strong with the exception of the Copper type, which tends to peak quite a bit lower than the other types.

The rest of the early evening intensity waivered between 8 and 8.75 with the dangerous Sedative/Magnesium-Blocker/Beta-Blocker dominating the air. All of the other components in the multi-component plume above were also present, but this type was significantly stronger.

Not only that, but we had a mix of TYPE II and TYPE III Biologics. Intensity of this type rose to 8.75 for a little while and so the total exposure time here was about 90 minutes before it dropped below my threshold of detection. However, as I sit here and example the odors in the air, the Biologic is still present at a low intensity. I would say it's just above my detection level.

Laura was in Bangor for a while and felt the effects by feeling sickly and having an out-of-the-blue runny nose, so it seems it was significantly stronger there (high population area?).

This has been a very strange and interesting night for another reason as well.

Intensity has been between 7.75 and 8 from about 9 am onward, even as I type this. This is unusually low and is a long time to not have plumes.

They, again, are spraying us hard interfering with heart function, inducing inflammation, spiking blood pressure, and causing horrible daily health symptoms and conditions, and all of this is being done intentionally.

As usual, the public is decades behind learning about the corruption that is crushing public health. They drag their feet in learning about these things because these things are uncomfortable, and for many, scary. Hard truths are not faced by the paranoid. They are avoided.

As for me, ambulances only pass by here in rural Maine when they are spraying hard. I have witnessed this and many other patterns for years. This is just another of many artifacts of the deleterious health effects the spraying has on the public.

The sad thing about human nature which prevents solving this problem sooner is this: People tend to stay uninvolved as long as they possibly can without suffering. Only when it becomes shockingly clear—even through their own avoidance of the abundance of information available—that their lives are being destroyed by some corrupt activity, will they finally decide to become involved.

The right way to solve problems is to catch them when they begin, but human self-focus causes people to wait until the final minute, and by then, it's often too late resulting in the abundance of human tragedy throughout history.

As is the case now, there are a small percentage of early adopters who sound the alarm attempting to get people involved in solving such issues, but the public does not want to learn about uncomfortable or scary truths until their lives have already been decimated, ironically, by their own willful ignorance.

The ultimate end of such devastating events is personal examination and growth. If only people were willing to learn much earlier on, and listen to those sounding the alarms, personal examination and growth would occur without the heaps of human tragedy that have so often plagued human history.

Those of us who continue to try to wake up the public up are perpetually frustrated by the lack of concern and self-induced ignorance that plagues society. We finally reach a point of surrender knowing that disaster will inevitability come by the hands of the profoundly corrupt in high places, and all we can do is wait for it to happen knowing it is the only thing that will cause people to care about routing out evil, which is the cause of nearly all human issue we face today. During such trying times and tragedy, some will even admit that they are the source of corruption in high places because they, by their continued tolerance of evil and self-induced ignorance, enabled its very existence.

These words pour out of me after nearly 20 years of suffering at the hands of this corruption, from both low and high places, manifesting ultimately in profound health issues that should never exist but are enabled by public tolerance of evil and self-induced ignorance of it. Yes, ultimately, it is the public's fault, and those who eventually discover this discover that this is the root disease that has plagued human history.

The profound corruption in both high and low places manifests itself, this morning, in thick, toxic, inflammatory, unbreathable air resulting in a myriad of health issues and continued suffering that, really, few care about until it reaches their threshold of suffering. If only they "loved their neighbor" during their neighbor's time of suffering would they have, not only seen, but been motivated to put an end to the political and governmental corruption that ultimately destroys our own bodies.

This suffering is either the medium of personal growth or the soil in the garden of bitterness that eats away our very souls.

Until people are willing—as it is an act of our will—to see the connection between our own selfishness—our own lack of love for our neighbor—and our own suffering, people will have no motivation to change, and yet, that's what this process is all about; personal change. Whether we change and grow upward or we fall down, the refining fire we endure is the revealer of secrets. It is the refining process that separates the dross from the gold. It is the pain that motivates us to see and purify ourselves.

And so, we who observe, step back from this exhausting process of trying to wake up a public; a public who does not want to experience the discomfort of knowing and realizing that

(1) this suffering occurs because of our voluntary failure to be motivated by love and

(2) this suffering has led to a time of involuntary motivation by the suffering itself.

So at the end of this suffering, we realize that we have a choice. We can either fall down, or choose the better path, which is to ask the right questions:

Who am I, and what will I do with this life I have been given.

It has been a strong morning of spraying. The skies are clear blue but the air is thick with inflammatory chemicals and metals that they are inundating us with.

Intensity has been between 9.75 and above 10 for hours. The Inflammatory components have dominated the air all night and morning. They typically hit hard beginning between 4 and 5 am and continue until just before noon. Then they resume at about 1:30 to 2 pm with the daytime mix that is dominated by the Model Cement and Mercury types. They continue using those types all day. This is the current pattern that I witness day-after-day.

As I type this, the intensity of the air is 10 and is extremely inflammatory, yet some are unaffected by the inflammatory types. Don't fooled. Just because you don't feel something or don't experience immediate symptoms does not mean you are unaffected. At the very least, it is undisputed that exposure to nanoparticles, which now inundate the atmosphere, shortens your lifespan and induces chronic disease.

And now it has finally been admitted by big media that lifespans have been declining. I have seen evidence that this has actually been happening for nearly 2 decades.

Pretty typical morning, if not a slightly milder morning of spraying than usual.

We were hit on rough 2-hour intervals with plumes dominated by the inflammatory types throughout the morning. This is the typical pattern in the past few months. Patterns typically change every few months, likely to prevent people from recognizing temporal patterns of illness: "Hey spouse, why do I always feel bad in the afternoon after 1 pm?" for example

This morning's hits were at about 6:50 am, 8:50 am, and 10:50 am, although the 10:50 am hit was rather mild compared to other plumes peaking at 8.5.

As stated above, the morning plume composition was the same as it has been for months:

The Neo-Inflammatory concentrates inflammation in the heart and lungs. When this type and the Sedative/Magnesium-Blocker/Beta-Blocker type is high, this is when we see ambulances. Seriously. We only see ambulance when either—or both—of these types are high.

It's likely that the Sedative/Magnesium-Blocker/Beta-Blocker type contains the same primary ingredient that was in the Covid Vaccines, namely, venom peptides, among other things. The symptom set mimics blocked magnesium metabolism which induces numerous symptoms including heart arrhythmia, tremors, fatigue, anxiety, headaches cold hands and feet, and much more. They cannot spray the mRNA because it's too fragile, but the peptides themselves are much more robust and likely able to survive atmospheric exposure.

Like I said, the symptom set is identical, so if there was ever a time the public needs to wake up out of their deep sleep and bet busy lawfully purging corruption, it is now, while they are still have some degree of health remaining.

Current intensity is 8.25 and steady as we are between plumes, but that won't last long. Keep in mind that 8.25 still induces many symptoms and persistent fatigue, it just does it a little more slowly than when the substance is at high concentrations.

The sense of smell and taste are not democratic. Something in the air "does not exist" simply because a majority of people don't smell or taste it.

It is clear that the substances they are spraying are engineered to be difficult to smell and taste, so only a minority of people can.

The fact that only a minority of people smell and taste it is not an indication that it does not exist. It is an indication of a conspiracy to conceal a crime. It is engineering in the chemical sense and in the psychological sense.

Those who continue to be uninvolved in exposing this—the largest crime against humanity in human history—are the reason it continues. Such devastation as this cannot survive in a culture where people care, but only in a climate of hardened hearts and rebellion.

It is an indictment against the human condition. Is the revealer of ugly secrets. The suffering and mortality that results from such neglect is the mirror God allows to glare in our faces to provide one of 2 things:

1. The blessed opportunity to change, and

2. The evidence against us in the day of indictment.

Each of us have to make a decision every day to determine which of the two will determine the course of our lives: the opportunity or the indictment.

The Neo-Inflammatory type is hard on the heart and lungs by causing low-level inflammation in some and high intensity inflammation in others. This will manifest in heart arrhythmias, chest pressure, shortness of breath, fatigue, headaches, vertigo, sleepiness, declined cognitive function, and much more. It's a way of inducing chronic oxygen deprivation over long periods of time. This ultimately induces accelerated aging and damage to organs like the kidney and liver.

The pattern remains the same. They hit us with a mix dominated by the Neo-Inflammatory type all morning beginning before 7 am, likely around 5 am is history persists. Intensity was, however, a little lower than usual hovering between 8.75 and 9.25 all morning.

Remember, the Neo-Inflammatory type induces strong heart and lung inflammation causing heart issues and asthma mimicking symptoms.

At about 11 pm we were hit with a Burnt Electronics/Skunk plume:

Now that the full moon is here, it's possible that intensity will decline for a few days. I have been watching a sub-pattern emerge, namely, they seem to spray more intensely in the days approaching a full moon. I will keep watching to see if this pattern continues.

The spraying is not "binary". In other words, it's not a matter of "spraying or not spraying". Rather, they have several different types that are mixed in different proportions at different times, most certainly for the purpose of inducing different outcomes... keeping hospitals full but not overflowing, keeping people sick, exhausted, but not all with the same symptoms at the same time.

This program is more complex than most realize, and it is far more damaging. It is now, most certainly, the single, leading cause of disease today. When you examine all the variables, it's easy to see.

It has been another long morning of enduring the Neo-Inflammatory type along with the other components they saturate our air with. Intensity has been between 8.5 and 9.5 since before 7:30 am this morning, likely much earlier.

The air this entire day has been absolutely brutal; well above 10 (of 10). The Mercury, Model-Cement, Barium, and Magnesium-Blocker types have been all above 10 for many hours and are just now falling down below 9. The Neo-Inflammatory and Copper types have also been present all day at a lower intensity.

All the same military tanker jets are flying the same times and paths, but they have now implemented tech to disperse all the same horrific metals and poisons without leaving trails (except for a few days a month).

ALERT: Morgellon's Type

It was a typical night and morning except that the Morgellon's type made an appearance this morning at about 7:50 am for about 2 hours. This type has a blunt, powdery taste and induces the sensation of getting bug bites. Very strange, but widely-reported.

This day is shaping up to follow the typical schedule.

They hit us hard from early this morning at about 6:50 am, but maybe earlier (before I initially woke up). Intensity at that time was 9.75 and remained at that intensity without change until about noon when intensity began to fall. It is now 12:36 pm and intensity has finally fallen to 8.5 and is still falling. This is typical.

We will be hit again between 1 and 2 pm and they will continue intensity until about 5 when we get our first mini-break. We will then be hit again getting our nightly "break" at about 9 pm until 10:30 pm. This 90 minutes is the least-intense part of the day.

The 10:30 pm hit is typically a layering plume that pushes intensity up to 8.5 or 8.75. Then we'll be hit at about 11 pm, or shortly thereafter, with a very strong, fast-rising plume that is a partial hit. This plume quickly rises to near or at 10, then subsides. This is a partial hit, which means the plume has already mostly past us before reaching ground level.

The next plume hits us near midnight and the next at about 2 am. These are both very intense plume. Lately, the mix for these 2 plumes has been dominated by the mercury type.

The spraying continues.


4:05 pm

We are getting hit with discrete plumes this afternoon.

We are now being hit with very strong Barium type and Drywall Dust type. Both of these types indicate incoming precipitation.

Remember, we have 2 (at least) different programs happening here, so while you watch the 1-hour intervals on the common program, we also have intermixed plumes that are not on regular intervals associated with weather events. You would only be able to detect such activity if you were able to smell and taste the types used so as to see the spray patterns in relation to the components (types) used.

Notice the common 2-hour interval in the first 2 plumes, but the third plume is out-of-place in regard to intervals. Why? This is a weather-related plume.

After the onslaught of spraying late last night, intensity dropped and remained between 8 and 8.25 throughout the night. So that makes a second night in a row of relatively mild spraying. I say relatively because intensity 8 is not actually mild, but it is relatively mild in relation to the intensity we have been going through for years now.

Do you realize that children and young adults born in the past 25 years don't know what it's like to breath air without being saturated with toxic nanoparticles? They have no idea. "Normal" to them is actually very toxic. They don't know what it feels like to live 30 years ago when you could—with a little effort—be truly clean and healthy.

I wonder how "strange" or "elated" they would feel if, one day, the spraying actually stopped.

This has been one of the most unusual spray days in months.

First, it has been the mildest day overall in months.

Second, they only used one mix of components all day.

Air intensity through the night was between 8 and 8.25, which is, itself, monumental. Not right. Not clear. Not moral. The spraying did not stop. But, overall more mild than it has been in many months during an entire overnight period.

At 5:30 am we were hit with a plume dominated by the Drywall Dust type, which induces strong mercury symptoms. This is the same mix they have used throughout the day. Of course, I was in Bangor most of the afternoon and evening, so I can only speak for that area.

At about 8:50 am we were hit with another plume of the same type that quickly shot up to intensity 9.75 and then dropped within 15 minutes back to 8.25. This was clearly a partial hit, meaning that it has mostly passed us horizontally before reaching ground level, so we only experienced the last part of the plume geometry.

This morning we were hit with extremely power plumes dominated by the Inflammatory type, and they have continued layering morning keeping intensity above 10 without break.

The Neo-Inflammatory type is dominant. This is the type that induces heart and lung inflammation and causes some to feel like they can't catch their breath.

This type does not appear to affect some people much, however, regardless of whether they can smell or taste it in the air, it still causes damage to the body. Even small amounts of chronic inflammation increases the rate of aging and many other dozens of diseases.

Needless to say, it has been a horrible day of spraying.

They are keeping intensity low enough so non-sensitive people cannot smell it, but I can. Many who don't smell it still experience immediate symptoms when a plume lands.

Regardless, whether or not someone experiences symptoms or not, we know this for sure. The toxins that we know these plumes contain shorten lifespan, lower quality of life, and damage the body even in short amounts of time.

Even as I type this we are getting hit with another Burnt Electronics/Skunk type plume. This type produces a horrible odor (no taste) that most do not smell at all, but those who do know exactly what I'm talking about.

Though it was a typical night of spraying, this morning has been brutal with intensity pushing above 10 from the release of 2 intense plumes.

Night intensity ranged between 8.25 and 9, as is usual in recent history, but this morning we were hit with the following plumes both dominated the inflammatory types and having very strong mercury and very strong model cement components. The formula was the same for both plume.

Just before starting to make this log entry, we have been hit once again with another plume with an identical profile pushing intensity well above 10. Is this intensity localized or does it extend all the way to Bangor. I do not know, but historically, it's likely localized but is still related to Bangor in that the types are typically the same. They simply hit much harder right around the area I live, specifically in about a 5 mile radius, based on historical observations for over a decade.

Why this immediate area? Good question.

Nevertheless, if this mix is being used all the way into Bangor, those with so-called asthma will be having a bad day. In fact, composition usually covers a much wider area based on my frequent trips to Portland, which is 1 1/2 hours away.

And let me make this clear for those who may not have seen this information before. The tastes, odors, and horrific, life-threatening symptoms are caused ONLY by military tanker jets which DO NOT HAVE TRANSPONDERS. Commercial jets DO NOT cause the odors, tastes, or symptoms.

Do commercial jets release some of these metals that we measure in large amounts on the ground? Yes, they do, but they are in very miniscule amounts measured in a few parts-per-billion, which is FAR too low to be detected by humans.

The existence of this activity is not a theory. It is an observation that has been consistent from the beginning of this phenomenon, which, for me, was 2005.

We have been hit with 2 more plumes. The second on is upon us now and it at intensity 10.

The first included the Drywall Dust type which we don't get that often anymore. It also included very intense mercury type which brought back all of my mercury symptoms that I had years ago from the amalgam fillings I had. This demonstrates that they do spray several different types. Different types have different tastes/odors and cause different symptom sets.

Based on recent history, it was a milder-than-usual night of spraying. Throughout the night, intensity hovered between 8.25 and 8.75.

Later this morning we have been hit with 2 plumes. It's now a common pattern that they hit us with a "gentle" layering plume followed by a normal strong plume. Yesterday, I explained why I believe they do this, and as usual, it's all about concealing their historically-evil activity.

At about 11:10 pm we were hit with a plume dominated by the inflammatory type. This type was used for many years almost exclusively at night. Then for the past year or so, it was replace by the neo-inflammatory. Now they are reintroducing the inflammatory type back into the mix. As usual, they are introducing it back in gradually, but more and more as time goes on.

Now they are using it most nights again.

Although it is bright and sunny outside, the air is absolutely horrendous. There are no visible clouds in the sky, but air is absolutely horrendous... chemical, metallic, burning, inflammatory... this is your government taxes at work.

Air intensity as I type this is well above 10.

DO NOT be fooled that the air is good just because there are no visible plumes. The jets are still flying and still spraying using short or zero-visibility trails, and I have been saying for years that this was coming. Well, now it's here.

So, they hit us with a layering plume at 1:06 which slowly brought intensity up, then they hit us with a typical plume at 1:40 that pushed intensity up hard to 9.5, then they hit us again thrusting current intensity well above 10.

The gradual up-slope prevent people from all feeling bad at the same time as though would make people suspect an air problem.

As I say in most interviews, all their operations are wrapped in psychology. They use this along with neurolinguistic techniques to keep the public confused and ignorant; although there is really no good reason for the public to be ignorant with all the information, scientists, whistleblowers, and even celebrities talking about this these days.
