"Hole Punch Clouds" Whistleblower: Additives Dissipate Chemtrails Making Them Non-Persistent

A recent whistleblower exposed how the new short, non-persistent chemtrails are being formed:

~"I would not be as afraid of what they are spraying as the chemicals they are now using to make the trails dissipate quickly."

Short, non-persistent chemtrails have become common in the past few years. Millions are now witnessing this dissipation-chemical dissolving lower-layer chemtrail residue.

In the video and pictures below, jets spraying a non-persistent aerosol containing the dissipation-chemical have flown through or above existing artificial cloud cover. As the dissipation-chemical comes in contact with (or descends through) the clouds below, the clouds dissipate.

It's important to remember this: When mixed with normal chemtrails, the new dissipation-chemical makes chemtrails dissolve quickly so they are short and non-persistent.

Short, non-persistent trails are much less noticeable to the public, and this is likely their main goal.

This was taken from a "news" story claiming this "canal cloud" is caused by a jet flying through a cloud. In reality, this is a propagandic lie used to explain away this anomaly of ongoing aerosol-injection programs.

We have witnessed the formation of these structures when non-persistent (short) chemtrail-aerosols are released above existing cloud cover or a previous layer of aerosols. The aerosol-dissipation additive descends and dissipates the cloud layer below. In this case, there is insufficient dissipation-additive to dissolve the entire cloud, so the result is the "canal cloud" structure that you see.
