Wheat is small plant. Full size hemp may have hundreds of leaves. One leaf produces about 0.005 litres of oxygen in hour. Increasing light and optimal nutrients, this value can be greatly improved. Human needs about 50 litres per hour. To survive you need then 10-50 hemp plants.

This is not the only problem. Dead and poisonous air outside causes your nervous system to degenerate and so affects your mood alos negatively, lowers your immune system functions, causes heart- and lung diseases like astma and overall is the most significant thing in your life that affects your health.

It is very odd that so many people eat superfoords like religious people but then pay no attention to the air they breath.

Also chemtrailers if you know you are breathing gov nanobots why so sheeple? You think this is somekind of game, hmm?

Growing plants and closing down ventilation is the most significant action you can make to improve your health. Even though you go outside, there is always place in your home where you can sleep and heal in pure, rejuvenating air.

This is my garden. If I increase this about 2-5 times bigger its enough to provide me all the oxygen I need. It does not to be even this big since it is not airtight anyway if you close all ventilation.

Also there is many other benefits of growing plants: moisture rises, you get organic food and overall, working with nature is always good for you.

Gardening=better life! Grow plants also inside your home: make a bonsai ecosystem (and its good for your karma too..
