"Contrails are formed when the hot humid exhaust from jets mixes in the cold upper atmosphere." (Marc Cone, Director, Bureau of Air Quality, Department of Environmental Protection, State of Maine, USA)
This is only possible if the temperature is warmer than 40° C below zero plus air humidity above a certain level as it is explained in the following videos:
"However, neither our surface water data nor the ground water data collected by the Maine Geological Survey indicate any threat to public health or the environment as a result of any chemtrail activity in Maine." (Marc Cone, Director, Bureau of Air Quality, Department of Environmental Protection, State of Maine, USA)
It is great, that Mr. Marc Cone is answering urging questions needed to be explained.
Unfortunately, he does not explain on what base the data are collected. As it is shown under this link: http://www.chemtrails-forum.de/analysen.htm there are different ways to collect data. For example, the probe number 8 of the location Uffing in Staffelsee, Bavaria, Germany tells us that it was not analyzed with a 29-elements-procedure. Well, maybe one does not need to know all 29 elements within a probe within the state of Maine but surely one needs to know if within the probe analysis it is looked for Aluminum, Barium, Strontium or Titanium which are the main elements found in rain or dust probes from areas around the world where there is chemtrailing suspected. According to German legislation the authorities for environment do not even have the task of looking for those elements. How is this regulated within the state of Maine? This is surely necessary to disprove the chemtrail suspect.
For this reason it is necessary to explain the procedure of analysis for surface water and ground water of the State of Maine. The surface water is even more interesting because the suspected chemtrail output reaches surface water faster than the ground water. But if the surface water is not tested for aluminum, barium, strontium or titanium the data does not matter for the answer of this problem.
