Here's a response from the Director of the Maine Bureau of Air Quality.

What is really amazing is that these professional either (1) don't know that jet engines don't make contrails, or (2) that so many are so corrupt that they just continue to lie to the public without conscience.

There is something interesting in this letter however. It's seems that there is an admission as to the existence of "chemtrails".
