ABC and their paid propagandists are doing their best to hide anything the power structure wants them to hide. The job they did in this case was worse than poor and lacked any semblance of journalistic integrity. Revealing this is helpful to our cause as it so clearly exposed what we are up against in our attempt to get the truth out.

It looks to me at least that Professor Penner (University of Michigan) ( http://globalskywatch.com/chemtrails/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=7063#Post7063 ) does not look very good in this interview. Thus it maybe Professor Penner ought to study the reasoning of the following videos. This would enhance the content of the chemtrails debate: Why do contrails not behave as they ought to behave if the temperature and humidity in the questioned altitudes do not give the essence for the creation of persisting contrails out of the exhaust of normal travelling air planes? If Professor Penner could answer this question there would be much more clearance about the situation in the skies. In fact, different layers in the atmosphere have different conditions in humidity and air temperature. Nevertheless, there is no comment by Professor Penner regarding these conditions in the atmosphere as it is being expected from a professional like her. Unfortunately, Professor Penner can not answer those interesting questions if the ABC-broadcast does not put such question to her.
As Dane Wiggington already told the rain water test being done by ABC is not representative. It is the same handling as it was being done in connection with the fraud of the so called "scientific" results at the East Anglia University: How many probes and at what locations are necessary to get a representative picture of the climate situation around the world? What are the criteria for reducing such locations by a few thousands? And what kind of legitimation about the objectivity of the conclusion from the received data is given by such large reduction of measurement locations?
Nobody talks about that. And it really doesn't matter because there is no truth necessary to fulfill a given policy by the "Intergovernmental" PCC.
But a given policy has a need to be convincing to be accepted by the people. Otherwise, it will not be accepted and will raise resistance - especially when health is being threatened.
At Minute: 2 Seconds: 26 of the ABC-video there is a statement which is very interesting regarding the fact that the U.S. Air Force took off its opinion about the chemtrails issue from the internet. Unfortunately, it is only with the Wayback machine receivable. Obviously, the U.S. Air Force has the opinion that there is no need to discuss this matter more in detail. Nevertheless, here is the statement in the context of the ABC-Broadcast:
"The Air Force is not conducting any weather modification experiments or programs at this time and has no plans to do so in the future. Lt. Colonel Allen Heritage US Air Force Spokeman " (ABC-Video)
In fact, no one really believes that - in face to the huge amount of persisting contrails - the Ohio Spraying Unit alone is able to conduct such a big manoeuver. It maybe only part of the surface of a deeper underlying structure. The many "white planes" with no identification mark on the tail or the covered usage of normal airline planes involved indicates that an organization besides known organizations is structuring the implementation of the suspected policy goals. The Ohio Spraying Unit is proof that the spraying technology exists for sure and is used for sure. The efforts of the "debunking" industry show that they are not hunting for the truth but for those who either disturb their own world view or just for being paid to confuse the public. The struggle is only: Is the Ohio Spraying Unit itself also involved in that issue or do they only have the order to keep quiet if they get in touch with the real mission units on the base.
As Kristen Edwards (Meghan) stated: there is an administrative system within the U.S Air Force to connect a task to a case file. What if the case file system is not used? The accountability would be broken.
Exactly, this is what was the experience of Kristen Edwards (Meghan) with certain jobs which were informally done. She had to look away. And the usage of nano materials containing aluminum, barium and strontium were one of these informal jobs, where Kristen Edwards (Meghan) had to look away. She did not proclaim that the everyday-routine of the U.S. Air Force is full of some none-casefile-tasks. But one may think if there is one exemption in the case-file-system there might be also others.
We know now from Lt. Colonel Allen Heritage only that there is no official weather modification experiments being executed by the U.S. Air Force. This is in conformity with the utterances made on the U.S. Air Force website related to the chemtrails question out of the wayback machine. But what we don't get to know with this statement is if there could be an inofficial weather modification program actually being executed.
