Obama is creating a Climate Change and Resilience Task Force, not by the will of the people, but as usual by Executive Order.
During the supposed government shut down the gov re-grouped to push deeper into Agenda 21 implementation.
Last week an announcement was made to support Agenda 21 and climate change by cross-border cabal of "leaders". One of those "leaders" was WA State Inslee who, after the announcement, was appointed by the usurper in chief for his new violate-the citizenry board.
Make no about it, with the Executive Order and ducks in a row geo-engineering and Agenda 21 are moving to the next level.
