Daniel Cohn-Bendit mentioned in the interview (look to the first post above) in the documentary film "Bye, bye blue sky" (Patrick Pasin) ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ToxPiW_2RC8 ) about "military strategies" after being asked about the matter of chemtrails.

He did not explained what kind of "military strategies" they are.

According to the protocol of the "Open Mind Conference", Oslo 2012, Page 46 at least one strategy might be the hiding air traffic behind a fog of plasmas for the radarwaves or other electromagnetic radiation spectra which not only develop stealth quality to airplanes with radar-absorbing layers on their surface but obviously also to usual planes. This kind of strategy is quite the opposite of what it's called "Open Sky Policy":

"The chemtrail sprays have various elements in them like carbon which can used to absorb microwaves. Some of these sprays have metal flakes in them that make aerialcraft invisible to radar. Spoofer sprays. Sprays like these can be used to create colorful, magnetized plasmas to cloak fighter jets."
