The time frame for the month of July 2011 corresponds to the possibility that the events described in the video may have been a result of this E-PEACE campaign if conducted during the same season/time frame.
I have tried to look up log records for the ship "R/V Point Sur" for July 2011 and 2012 season, but have had no luck. The papers describe that they were conducting experiments off the coast of California, near Monterey which is some 400 miles to the north of the San Diego affected region. Again, I had no luck trying to find the proper corresponding 2011/2012 weather history for the California coast, but perhaps one of you who wish to investigate this further might have better luck.
"Controlled particle sources were used to separate particle-induced feedback effects from natural vari- ability. We have investigated three types of sources of different particle sizes and compositions to character- ize specific aspects of aerosol-cloud interactions: (1) ship-emitted particles at rates of 1016 to 1018s −1 with dry diameters between 50 and 100 nm (Coggon et al. 2012), (2) shipboard smoke generator particles at rates of 1011 to 1013s −1 with dry diameters between 50 nm and 1 μm, and(3)aircraft-based milled, coated salt particles at rates of 109s −1 with dry diameters between 3 and 5 μm. The shipboard smoke generators are shown in Figure 3."
I suppose we should be happy that they have provided photographic evidence of the on board smoke generators in action on the R/V Point Sur, but still no account for the aircraft seeding, other than mention: "Controlled release and atmospheric distribution of three different size ranges of particles in flight"
Perhaps if further investigation produces direct evidence linking these researchers to the events in San Diego, residents of the affected regions may be able to take legal action? It is obvious that the Mainstream Media has somehow overlooked the possibility of the E-PEACE experiments as a possible source.
