I wanted to know if anyone has resources they can share with me about flouride poisoning, and how to detox or what to do?

I have searched through the health section here, and have not found anything. Although this is not chemtrail related, I feel it is a contributing factor to lowering the immune system.

I feel a bit overwhelmed sometimes, going over information. It seems like there is just so much, and well, I just dont know what to believe sometimes.

I would surely appreciate any time you could possibly put into sharing a few tips. I have a friend who is in need, and has no health care or insurance. We are looking at ways to help the body, and stay strong.
