I would like to offer a time and day for people to speak out about their cause. Is there a group or forum within this site or forum to post an off topic discussion?
It was suggested by another group I belong to, that the following date and time would be a wonderful chancen for people internationaly to rally, or globaly to rally.
03/13/2013 @ or before 13:00 hours (or 01:00 pm)
where can this suggestion be placed?
