DMSA removes mercury from the body. I take 150mg in the morning (5 days/week) on an empty stomach. I would start with only 25mg and work your way up slowly.

Algin helps remove barium, strontium, mercury, and other heavy metals from the colon (once deposited there via the bile ducts). I consider this one of the 3 most important detox supplements because it stops redistribution, which is probably the single largest issue with any metal detox. The other 2 are Citrus Bioflavonoids (3000 to 8000 mg daily) and Vitamin E with Selenium (1 to 2 caps daily) because they protect you from oxidative damage of heavy metals, but they won't likely make you feel any better, but they're still very important for defense during detox.

Cilantro mobilizes many heavy metals from the body but must be used with a chelator or these metals will be redistributed.

Reduced Glutathione can help remove metals and other contaminants from the body. It must be "Reduced" because regular Glutathione will be 90% destroyed in the stomach.

Chemtrail Flu: Certain herbs are powerful immune stimulants. When I feel the chemtrails flu coming on, I take 4 caps, then 4 caps an hours later, then 4 caps every 4 hours after that and it's gone. This is truly an amazing combination of herbs: Nature's Immune Stimulator.

Chemtrails often promote candida-related issues like yeast infections, athlete's foot, and other related issues. Una De Gato kills candida and helps me making a difference in my energy levels.

N-Acetyl Cysteine promotes the body's production of glutathione which removes heavy metals from the body.

Potassium helps remove barium from the body. It also protects against barium-induced heart attacks (very important).

Heavy Metal Detox is a supplement that has many other metal detox supplements in a single capsule. I would start with only 1 cap a day and also add extra Algin.

Chemtrails promote the growth of mold and fungus everywhere, including within the body. I use Yeast Fungal Detox to keep IBS-like symptoms away.
