I do not know the rules of these yahoo email groups. Is it possible to deny access to and use of the group to a specific individual?

If yes, I wish to propose that Francis Boyle be denied access to this list. His abusiveness, his demonization of those he does not like or agree with, but mostly his absolute lack of consideration for other members of this group make him a pain in the neck, rather than a partner in friendly dialogue.

Sharing in emails from this group has become a form of Chinese water torture. Some of us, including me, have tried to caution him about the tone and content of his emails, but he just carries on as though this had never happened.

The answer to Bob’s question is: yes, it is possible. And it is possible for a specific individual to be excluded even without violating any of the points of Robin Collins’ suggested list protocol.

Nothing that I have sent to the abolition-caucus list after initiating on March 28 an exchange with Aaron Tovish on the hypothesis of involvement of HAARP in the Japanese earthquake of 13/3 has been posted. I have therefore had to resort to other means of continuing the discussion.

Might I say at the outset that involvement in this debate by a person such as Aaron Tovish (and indeed the anti-nuclear movement generally) has become indispensable, for there are indications that people making the most extreme statements concerning alleged HAARP involvement in the Japanese earthquake (for example Leuren Moret)

http://aircrap.org/scientist-leuren...ccident-tectonic-nuclear-warfare/331159/

are also apparently unwilling to become engaged in discussion with reputable anti-nuclear movement people on the subject. I have come to this conclusion after personal communication with Leuren Moret (through intermediaries).

One can only speculate on the reasons for this unwillingness, but my – unproven and not easily provable – suspicions are that it may reflect an undeclared agenda of reconstituting around environmental weaponry the type of discourse between antagonistic states

http://aircrap.org/chinese-haarp-identified-the-meridian-project/331221/

that is familiar from the post-WWII USA/USSR nuclear arms race.

In recent years, under the influence of the climate change debate, the habit in the ecological milieu (and in all milieux other than those stigmatized as “conspiracy theorist”) has been to attribute to “climate change” the “natural” disasters that are said by “conspiracy theorists” to be deliberate. Reconstitution of arms race scenarios could make it possible for states to “come clean” on the subject of their involvement in environmental warfare, justifying their policies on the grounds that other states are “doing the same thing”.

By the way, the solid front of rejection of “conspiracy theorist” scenarios by the world’s Green parties has now cracked. The Cyprus Greens

are the first to have broken the consensus of denial.

Leuren Moret has a similar style in many ways to Francis Boyle, generating a great deal of heat and antagonism and systematically avoiding the kind of interaction that would make it possible for both sides to cool down.

It is time for the anti-nuclear movement to stop censoring the environmental warfare discussion.
