ETC seems to have an agenda. Yes, they may appear to have provided a new tool, but it seems to be a steering tactic.
I do not want to give up and live in their little lie, play by their rules, never utter the "C" word, this is a rather spineless way to sell out all of the damage that has already been done. I am sure many others feel the same way. Going this route will only lead to more futility.

The UN is part of the problem - they want us to crawl to them and fall into playing by their rules. They are heavily involved.

They jumped the gun on this one and there will be no band-aid big enough to stop the bleeding once the law suites are launched. Keep testing, photographing, investigating and documenting - and keep all past records of evidence. This is the only way to stop these buggers, short of using Surface to Air Missiles - as some have suggested.
