In every country that is a signatory to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity there is an official who went to Nagoya and signed the moratorium on geoengineering on behalf of his or her government. These people can be found and asked why their governments signed a moratorium that they are not respecting or observing.

This is something to be followed up, and it will produce results that will not require us to wait as long as we will have to wait for exposure of the "fraud of climate change" to be transformed into effective opposition to geoengineering and chemtrails.

This is the point upon which we disagree fundamentally.

You should have learned that this moratorium has no meaning. It is theater, nothing more. The fact that it is being wholesale ignored is evidence of what I've known for decades.

If these are the people you are hoping will suddenly become honest, you will be waiting a long, long time. They have no accountability and no enforcement capability.

They signed a moratorium yet spraying continues.

The evidence is directly in front of you. The evidence is now history for all to learn from.

On the other hand, the climate change fraud, which is the SINGLE "justification" for geoengineering is an open, exposed, proven, prosecutable fraud with real momentum.

If we continue to ask the U.N. to help us, they will continue in their endless scheme to achieve world government, which is their stated goal.

Global warming IS the CENTRAL lie - "the great problem the world has to solve TOGETHER" - being used to bind governments into treaties and "agreements" that we can never escape from. This is what they were founded to do. This is their intent, and you can be sure that everything they do will be to this end.

The Rockefellers are the founders of the U.N. AND the literal authors and central promoters of depopulation - the central - but not only - purpose of chemtrails.

Do you think the U.N. will suddenly and obscenely fail their central objective?

On the other hand, the states of the United States - each of which is a separate country (shockingly few know this), have the right to outlaw geoengineering, and unlike the U.N., they are closer to the people, much more influence-able, and much less corrupt. They also have the authority to deny this type federal military operation.

When educated about this subject, the states will ask, "Why are they doing this?" Their response will be, "To cure global warming."

Now here's the punch line...

If the people (the ultimate power in the states), believe global warming is a problem that desperately needs to be solved, the states will continue to allow it.

If the people understand that global warming is a fraud, the states will legally forbid it.

When the military denies that geoengineering is currently being conducted (they ALREADY do), the U.N. has no real interest in solving the problem. Add their level of corruption and the relative ease of centralized control and you must conclude that there is no chance of success in that venue.

What then? Sue the U.N.? Sue the U.S.?

If the states are involved, they are the only real authority that can legally petition (sue) the fed directly, and make independent laws prohibiting activities, such as geoengineering.

When the military denies that geoengineering is currently being conducted (they ALREADY do), the states conduct the necessary research to prove its case and the whole thing is exposed before the people in state, after state, after state.

Once U.S. states recognize this, the awareness and recognition can more quickly spread to other countries.

Although corruption extends to the states to some degree, it is impotent compared to the level of fraud, corruption, and control at the federal level and within the U.N.

If we expect the U.N. to do anything other than what they have already done (lie, deceive, promote globalism, continue the status quo) we are being naive, at best. The U.N. has a long history of support for globalism.

Do you expect this will suddenly change?

Do you think corruption is easier to overcome at the U.N. level, more so than at the local level?

I don't think so.

Finally, do you REALLY think these delegates have any power?

Do you REALLY think asking them this question will ever make one bit of difference?

I don't think so.

If I thought for a moment that your approach would succeed, I'd be the first to jump on board, but you still believe in global warming... Even though it's an exposed fraud whose corruption is publicly viewable.

With all due respect, I'm not sure how reliable your discernment is.

Nevertheless, let's say you want U.N. delegates to be asked "the question". How do you propose doing that? And what effect do you think it will have?
