That video on the moratorium was good. Who is that young woman?
The only argument she used against the moratorium is that the US is not a signatory to it. This isn't an argument that makes people in other countries think that nothing was achieved by getting that moratorium voted.
The criticisms made against the ETC group, who seem to have been the driving force behind the moratorium, are stronger than this, and have recently been voiced by Mauro Oliveira and Dane Wigington, namely that ETC do not recognize that chemtrails are an established planetary wide phenomenon and that geoengineering programmes are already under massive implementation. In fact some ETC researchers are on record as saying that chemtrails are an "urban myth".
To get back to the argument we are having here: I have confronted ETC over their denying the existence of chemtrails.
But sceptics like your Dr. Carter and my Timothy Ball also deny the existence of chemtrails. I have confronted Ball, too, and I got a much more aggressive counter-response than I got from the ETC group.
Have you confronted Dr. Carter??? If not, why not??
We should be allies, but we are not, because you seem to think the climate change debate can act as a substitute for the chemtrails debate.
You think that if you prove that climate change is a myth you have demolished the justification for geoengineering.
That is an absurdly naive view.
Haven't ever read Teller's "The Planet needs a Sunscreen", which oombines climate change scepticism with advocacy of geoengineering??? Haven't you noticed how many climate change sceptics have, since Copenhagen, come over to advocating geoengineering??? This doesn't apply only to Lomborg. There are many other examples.
I wrote an article on this subject:
http://www.enouranois.gr/english/sygrafeisenglish/wayne/indexenglishekdilosi1.htmRead it, and see if you can still make statements like that there is only one problem for the geoengineers: climate change is a myth.
That, my friend, is NOT a problem for the geoengineers.
