I have been in Bangor doing errands all afternoon. The air intensity has been 7.5+ all afternoon all the way from here to Bangor. At about 3:30 pm, while still in Bangor, we were hit with a wide-spectrum plume that raised intensity to 8. This plumes contained the following components:

Intensity was very uniform all the way home. They are blanketing large areas with this from high altitude leaving absolutely no trails in the sky. Not long, not short, none. But don't be fooled. They air is still intentionally filled with the components I listed above.
The current intensity is 8-, so it has declined just a little in the past hour.
These patterns of less spraying and less plumes are very interesting, especially considering the state of world events right now.

The previous wide-spectrum plume from 3 pm remained in the air all the remainder of the afternoon. Intensity was sustained at 9.25, which is very strong. They use a process that I call "layering" to sustain intensity for prolong periods of time. This plume finally fell to intensity 8.25 by about 7:45 pm.

The air dropped to intensity 7.25 briefly this evening from about 9:45 pm until about 10:45 pm. It felt fantastic. All my pain and inflammation vanishes when the poisons they spray in the air dissipate to such low levels. Every single symptom that I have lived with since the spraying began vanishes during these short oases.
This is what life could be like. This is what life should be like, but the population is largely unwilling to know and be involved in carrying out their solemn duty to know and stand for truth. The price we all pay for this neglect is the source of historic suffering that never should have been. But then again, we either grow through love or in painful fear. The method by which we grow is half up to us individually, and half up to us collectively.
At about 10:45 pm we were hit with a wide-spectrum plume that gently pushed intensity up to 8 with the Chalky-Bitter-Pharma and the Stimulant types. It remains there as I type this, and the suffering has begun again with this new plume.
And so the attack continues with the silent permission of the mob.
As I typed this, we were hit again with another array of typical poisons. Intensity is now 8.75- and rising quickly.

It's been a super busy day with no time to log, so I'll offer this last-minute summary of the day, especially because this was a strange and unique day of spraying.
The night was milder than usual with a steady intensity of 7.75 in the air all night. I didn't catch any significant plumes during the night. This is rare, but did happen a few weeks ago, but not for a long time before that.
The air this morning was much the same as the night having a steady intensity.
I spent the afternoon and early evening in Bangor. The afternoon in Bangor was also identical. A very strange day indeed.
Finally, we had 2 plumes hit us while I was still in Bangor. They hit at about 4:30 pm and then again at about 6:30 pm.
Heading home at about 9:30 pm intensity rose as I got closer to home, as it usually does. The air remained at a steady intensity of 8+ while I was home.
We did not get hit with a plume tonight until about 12:30 am (10/29), which is a usual time. Still, an unusual pattern.
All plumes today were wide-spectrum containing the usual components: Model Cement/Burnt Plastic, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Inflammatory, and Mercury
The Model Cement/Burnt Plastic type was dominant in all plumes. As I type this, it's still dominant. Air intensity is 9.5+ as I type this.

The air was a steady 8+ throughout the night last night with a wide-spectrum mix of the following components:

How The World Really Works
Conditioning.
It's how glob's-owned media keeps people under control during times of upheaval or rapid change.
Many call it "predictive programming". It is the process of exposing the public to images and sounds (movies) depicting terrible events or injustices so as to "condition" them for a future when such events actually will occur, because they have been planned long in advance.
When images of such events are played out repetitiously in media, the population tends to be less "reactive" when such events occur in real life. This is the globs intended outcome. By conditioning the population to be less reactive, the globs have less public resistance when such events occur, or are intentionally carried out.
Movies show plagues, lockdowns, martial law, government corruption, riots, violence, and other atrocities continuously. This makes the public psychologically "accept" these events and conditions as inevitable and unchangeable, so when these event occur in real life, the public tends to do nothing because they feel emotionally that these events were destined to occur. Because they believe and accept that these events are destined and inevitable, they feel helpless to do anything to stop them. This intentionally-implanted belief causes them to do nothing, which is precisely the purpose of this type of media.
The globs are reforming the entire world environmentally (chemtrails), geopolitically, culturally, and spiritually, and they are meeting with much less public pushback than if images of these events had not been previously ingrained in the public's mind for decades.
So, this type of "predictive programming" media is all about subduing the glob's opponents before the process of change even begins.
Is it working?
You bet it is. Just look at what the globs have gotten away with in the past 2 years with relatively little public resistance. It is astounding how effective their preconditioning program has been.
This is the reason each one of us must get [ur=http://gsw.bz/heart]out of our hearts[/url] and into our heads. Do not be swayed by coercive conditioning or re-framed arguments that go against truth and logic. Remember what is right and what is wrong, and this is exactly where the line in the sand should always remain.
Never allow emotionally-based arguments convince you that egregious government atrocities are "necessary". Never allow such arguments to even begin to make you entertain the idea that your God-given rights should be sacrificed.
Instead, integrity, truth, and righteousness in government is always to be demanded and expected. There are no exceptions, regardless of what you emotions may be telling you. There are no exceptions.

How The World Really Works
We live in epic times, and deception is at an all-time high.
In this article, I talk about how the spraying is associated with the appearance of the Biblical anti-Christ. This is real folks. The poisoning of the Earth is a real, prophesied event that you are witnessing right now.
When most people talk about world events, they get caught up in the details, However, it's better to understand the 10,000 foot view first, and then zoom in after. So here is the 10,000 foot view.
God stated that, during this time, there would be profound deception, so much so, that even the "elect" (well-educated Christians, so to speak) would be deceived by it, if it were possible. This describes a very deep and intense deception.
Consider this. The globs have created weapons to mimic every major Biblical event:
Earthquakes - HAARP and other ground-resonant earthquake-inducing weapons.
Death by Fear - The prophecy in Luke 12:26 specifically mentions: "Men's hearts failing them for fear...".
How could such a thing happen?
The world population has now been intentionally induced with capillary-clogging hydrogels. A sufficient spike of adrenaline induces rapid heart inflammation. This combined with accelerated heart rate is all it takes to fatally constrict blood flow to the heart inducing sudden heart failure.
Contaminated with this advanced technology, sudden-heart-death is more potentiated than ever before historically.
This is related to another phenomenon that we need to be aware of.
Hydrogels coagulate in seconds when exposed to high power RF. This is not an accident. This is by design. We must never forget this.
So, all the anti-Christ needs to do is theatrically raise his arms in front of a crowd, point at someone who he deems to be evil for not accepting the new world religion, pronounce a "curse" on this person, then the techies behind the scenes will direct an energy weapon at this person and they will immediately hemorrhage and clot to death. The world will consider this a miracle and become convinced this person is "the Christ".
The globs, utilizing such fake miracles, will have the ultimate power to control the world population because the world will do whatever this person says believing him to be the Christ. The globs will have achieved their multi-generational conspiracy of achieving god-like control over the world through their agent/actor playing his role in the great deception.

At about 1:30 pm I went out side for about 15 minutes. During that time, 3 jets flew directly over us at medium-high altitude leaving non-persistent trails. This demonstrates how frequently they hit us in this area. They fly west on this flight path and fan out when they get further inland.
The vast majority of trees here did not experience vivid color changes. We have similar reports from all over. They went straight from green to yellow-brown and began to fall off. The visuals here are absolutely nothing like they were in 2008 when I moved here. At that time the autumn color change was striking.

Safflowers are a bitter herb often used for children’s ailments, such as chicken pox, fever and measles. Safflowers made into a hot tea induce perspiration and are therefore, considered by Western herbalists as a natural remedy for colds, flu, and fevers, including scarlet fever. If you have not read the spraying log from last night, I hope you take a look (below). This was the worst spraying we have experienced in months. It was absolutely brutal. It would be interesting to find out what was so important about yesterday that imposed this type of assault.

The second Psalm provides a 10,000 foot view of the globalist agenda for the world and the reason they are doing it. In fact, the globs are working to outlaw the Bible because it actually exposes their plans. They have to prevent public access to it to help prevent the globs horrific crimes against humanity from being exposed, just as the Catholic church did historically. I'm not speaking against Catholics themselves, just exposing what this "church" did as a system as a matter of historical fact.
The second Psalm says:
"Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us."
The "bands" referred to in this verse are the good, reasonable, logical Biblical commandments essential for any functional civilized society.
The globs want a dysfunctional society. They thrive from lawlessness and immorality. In fact, this is the only way they have been able to rise to positions of power.
The law of God is fulfilled in this: Love God and love your neighbor. Gods system is a love-based system based on faith, peace, and love. Those who rule are those who serve with love and compassion. It is a transparent, constructive system that builds.
The law of the globs is this: Do as thou wilt is the whole of the law. The globs system is a survival-of-the-fittest system, which is a war-based system based in conflict and suffering. Those who rule are those who gain the power to subvert others. It is a subversive, destructive system that destroys.
The "bands" of God are the restraints for controlling evil, so it should be no surprise that globs want to break the bands. They want to break the restraints that make it hard for them to gain power, although they still will (or actually already have) using subversion, deceit, and destruction.

Ylang ylang oil’s sweet floral scent is commonly described as a mixture of almond and jasmine. The uplifting, even euphoric fragrance of the oil is reputed to have aphrodisiacal effects. In fact, ylang ylang oil is often used in aromatherapy for psychosexual complaints, including the treatment of frigidity and impotence. Ylang ylang oil is also regarded as a psychological agent with antidepressant and calming properties, and has been shown to be an effective sedative for anxiety, anger or hysteria, insomnia, nervous tension, PMS, and stress-related disorders.1-6
However, ylang ylang oil’s actions are not limited to the psyche; it is also an excellent physical relaxant with soothing, sedative properties. Since ylang ylang oil contains borneol (an alcohol), which exhibits anti-acetylcholine activity, inhaling the oil may help inhibit nausea and vomiting.7

Last night was a typical night of spraying, which is pretty strong by recent standards.
Ambient intensity was 7.75 throughout the night with this wide-array of poisons: Model Cement, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Stimulant Inflammatory, and Mercury. The Inflammatory type was dominant when the air was at ambient intensity.
Not including the early-morning assault we suffered through 2:30 am in the morning (included in yesterday's log), we were hit with 2 additional plumes during the night.
At about 4 am we were hit with a wide-spectrum plume dominated by the Inflammatory component. Intensity peaked at 9.
At about 7:20 am we were hit with a wide-spectrum plume also dominated by the Inflammatory component. Intensity peaked at 9.25+.
How-The-World-Really-Works Insight
Why so much focus on emotions? Why do governments, media, commerce, and various "religions" organizations around the world put so much focus on "how you feel"?
Answer: Because they know how humans work, and they know that the weakest and most vulnerable and most manipulatable part of people is their emotions.
The globs goal is to reform the world into something that gives them all power and control. This process of centralizing power goes against all natural law, and so they utilize the largest human vulnerability to convince people to act against natural law, against common sense, against logic, and even against their own best interests. Even though the changes globs are making are against individual self interests, they must convince the world the opposite is true. They must convince the world they are acting in the best interest of the people.
They accomplish this by amplifying emotions chemically and psychologically.
They do this chemically using substances such as mercury that quite literally amplify emotions. Mercury does this by blocking neuro-regulators like gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) which is the nervous systems chief neuro-regulator. Mercury also blocks the critical enzyme catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) which down-regulates adrenaline, norepinephrine, dopamine, and estrogen. Without this critical enzyme, negative, fear-based emotions are amplified. This results in general fearfulness, anxiety, obsessiveness, jitteriness, looping thoughts, insomnia, and all things fearful. This is one of the reasons globs have done everything they can to expose humans to mercury for decades.
Mercury is in:
\/accines - Injecting a super poison into humans goes against all ethics of science. It is, in fact, not science at all.
CFL and fluorescent light bulbs - Remember how they got rid of safe incandescent bulbs in the name of "saving the climate"? It has nothing to do with climate. If you break one bulb in your house, you will be exposed to mercury daily.
Red Tattoo Ink - In the mid-2000's media began heavily promoting tattoos for a very specific reason. Many of the inks contain metals like cobalt and manganese. Red ink coloring often contains cinnabar which is the red oar of mercury. Newer inks are safer but old, dangerous inks are still widely used.
Coal Burning Power Plants - These release hundreds of pounds of mercury into the air, but governments refuse to install cleaners that would remove over 99% of mercury emissions while only raising power cost by about 1%.
Amalgam ("silver) Dental Fillings - These have been outlawed in some countries, but most wester countries allow - and even promote - their usage despite the fact that they emit dangerous amounts of mercury 24/7.
Chemtrails - They are now spraying mercury from the sky as exposed in this study.
Globs heavily encourage emotionalism psychologically by placing it in all types of media. They do this by promoting the idea that humans have innate super-human powers that are being suppressed by some evil people. This artificial empowerment leads to the corruption of individuals which induces more chaos (see yesterday's article) causing yet more problems. These problems are leveraged used by globs to further justify the removal of personal rights in favor of increased government power.
We are not here to rule over each other. Quite the opposite. We are here to love and serve one another with humility. Artificial self-empowerment leads to pride and corruption. Love and humility are the true forms of self empowerment and lead to strong relationships and profound peace, but these do not serve the goals of the globs, so globs have redefined "love" as something "loud and proud" instead of gentle and humble.
This chemical and psychological promotion of emotionalism is ultimately intended to suppress the individual's ability to think logically while making the individual feel "empowered". Have you seen all the "super human" movies that have emerged in recent decades? Such media is promoted for the specific goal of stripping individual freedoms and empowering government, all while making the individual feel "empowered". A very crafty deception that many fall for.
Replacing intellect with emotion prevents the individual from making the logical connections necessary to realize what horrors are being done to them in the name of "saving the planet" and "helping humanity", all while the globs sequester power by stripping personal rights ("for your own safety") and empowering governments ('for your own safety"). In order to make you concerned about your safety, they must create danger and/or the illusion of danger, and this is done daily in big media.
The chemical and psychological promotion of emotionalism combined with the artificial and intentional creation of fear and danger is specifically executed to make global government more acceptable to the public. In fact, these very mechanisms are used to make some emotionally-based individuals actually fight for globalism never realizing they are fighting for their own demise.
Stinging Nettle acts primarily as a diuretic by increasing urine volume and decreasing systolic blood pressure. Stinging nettle’s diuretic properties have prompted its use for hypertension (high blood pressure) and urinary and kidney disorders. The German Commission E recognizes stinging nettle for the treatment of urinary tract inflammation and prevention and treatment of kidney gravel (stones). In addition, stinging nettle’s styptic (ability to stop bleeding) action has made it useful for treating nosebleeds and uterine bleeding. Stinging nettle is also reported to be antispasmodic. While the presence of scopoletin contributes to stinging nettle’s anti-inflammatory activity, other substances such as caffeic acid, provide antiedemic and antispasmodic effects. Furthermore, according to herbalist Brigitte Mars, from the Rocky Mountain Center for Botanical Studies, stinging nettle is very beneficial for women because it builds the blood and helps cleanse the kidneys and liver. Liver health is especially important for a healthy reproductive system, since the liver breaks down excess hormones. Mars also recommends stinging nettle for women with anemia and irregular menses. Since stinging nettle may potentiate the effects of diuretics, concurrent use should be avoided. Stinging nettle has also been shown to enhance the anti-inflammatory effect of diclofenac. Stinging nettle is contraindicated in pregnant or breast-feeding women, because of its diuretic and uterine stimulant properties. Furthermore, stinging nettle should not be used if there is fluid retention resulting from reduced cardiac (heart) or renal (kidney) function.3,5,6,8

At roughly 5 am we were hit with a wide-spectrum plume dominated by the Inflammatory component.

Why has the government prematurely released so many criminals back into society in recent history?
The powers-that-be want more government power. They ultimately want centralized global government. Creating chaos is part of the process that is used to scare the public into giving government more power.
The government claims that they can only protect you from the chaos if you will surrender your rights and freedoms (they falsely claim that freedom is the problem).
Why do they want your freedoms?
Because freedom is a zero-sum game. When you surrender your rights, they a transferred into the hands of someone else. In this case, that someone-else is government.
With your power to make personal decisions removed and transferred into their hands, they will leverage your powerlessness to force medical procedures and personal containment on those who expose their corruption. This is how they eliminate those speaking out against corruption in government.
So, creating chaos is part of the process glob-controlled governments use to eliminate resistance to their corruption.
They know they are corrupt.
They know you know that they are corrupt.
To succeed in their corrupt plans, they must remove those from society who are speaking out against their corruption.
This is one of the reasons they prematurely release criminals back into society.
Oregon Grape, a close relative of barberry, enhances glandular function, especially of the liver and thyroid; improves digestion and absorption of nutrients; increases appetite; helps stimulate the immune system; purifies the blood and relieves lymphatic stagnation; lowers blood pressure; and even shrinks certain tumors.
Oregon Grape has a direct action on the skin and was used by early American physicians to restore the skin to a clear, smooth condition following any type of skin disease or illness which dried the skin or caused sores, including acne, eczema, and psoriasis.
Oregon grape also enhances the production of bile which assists the liver in eliminating stored toxins.
Oregon Grape is a good source of berberine, an isoquinoline alkaloid, which has been studied at length in both clinical and experimental environments for its antibacterial and amebicidal properties. Berberine has been shown to have a vast array of antibiotic effects, including activity against bacteria, protozoa, and fungi, including Candida albicans. In fact, berberine’s antibiotic effect against some of these pathogens has been shown to be stronger than that of many commonly-used prescription antibiotics. Furthermore, berberine possesses the ability to prevent bacteria and yeast overgrowth, a common side effect of pharmaceutical antibiotics, as well as relieve diarrhea which is often found in cases of chronic candidiasis. Clinical studies have documented positive results using berberine with amebic dysentery (Endamoeba histolytica), cholera (Vibrio cholerae), giardiasis (Giardia lamblia), and other cases of acute infection, including Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Salmonella, Shigella, Staphylococci, and Streptococci. We are now getting hit with a plume of type Burnt Electronics/Fungal. Intensity is now 8.5+ and rising quickly.

They are now layering in the Stimulant type. Intensity of this type is now 8.5- and rising. The other components are all still present, even the Burnt type from the previous plume of that type, but the ratio of each component shift through the day as they change the components in each layered release.
Sound complicated? It's not really, and I'll go into detail on one of the talk show that I'm doing soon.
Historically, they generally sprayed 1 plume every 2 hours. The ratio of components in such a plume stays fairly constant. I say "fairly" for a reason.
Now, with continuous layered spraying, they can morph the ratio of components in the air any time they please, and they do it often.

They just hit us again with another layer on top of the previous plume. This plume is different than the previous one.
This one contains the Sharp Metallic type which is dominant. The Stimulant type is still second dominant.
Overall intensity is now 9.75.

This make sense as we have a large storm system headed towards us, and this is the type they normally spray ahead of precipitation.

The previous plume dissipated by about 8 pm and intensity dropped to 7.25, which felt amazing. Every pain vanished. Energy increased, and everything felt normal again, which is rare these days. What a bizarre time we live in.

Uva Ursi leaves contains the principal active ingredient arbutin, a urinary antiseptic that has been shown to kill bacteria in the urine. Arbutin is broken down in the intestines into hydroquinone, a chemical that exerts an antiseptic and astringent action on the urinary mucous membranes. Uva ursi appears to be most effective in an alkaline urine. In Germany, uva ursi is licensed as a standard medicinal tea, approved by the German Commission E for inflammatory disorders of the urinary tract and urinary tract infections. Last night was a strong night of spraying and was very similar to the night before.
We were hit at about the following times: 6 am, 8 am, 9 am, very similar to the previous night.
All plumes were wide-spectrum plumes and had the same type profile, just like the night before:

L. Acidophilus is a probiotic ("pro-life") supplement designed to help re-populate the intestinal tract with healthy colonic flora. These bacteria are “friendly” microorganisms which naturally inhabit the intestinal tract, aiding digestion and absorption of nutrients, as well as enhancing immune function.
Acidophilus flourish in the small intestine where they assist in the production of enzymes and stimulate enzyme activity, thus enhancing more efficient assimilation of nutrients. Individuals having had antibiotic therapy, colonics, diarrhea, enemas or prolonged cleansing which can reduce healthy intestinal flora should consider probiotic supplementation. The intensity of the air continued until about 8:30 pm when intensity fell to 8+. Since then, intensity continued at about the same level even a I write this.
We are now having our evening "break", although it's not much of a break having an intensity of 8+ in the air.
Right now, the Chalky type is dominant.

Just slightly ahead of schedule, they hit us at about 11:40 pm with a strong, wide-spectrum plume dominated by the Inflammatory type. Normally they hit us close to midnight, but they are a little early tonight.
In fact, they have been layering up the Inflammatory type for a couple hours making it the dominant type for a while now.
If you have been following this log, you know that, for years, they used the Inflammatory type in the evening and early night (before midnight) for many years. Then in the past 2 years they began using it often in the afternoons. It is one of the oldest types, and it is clearly one of their favorite types.
Intensity as I type this is 9.5+ and rising quickly. This will soon be 10. This plume contains all the usual wide-spectrum components. The second-dominant component is the Chalky type, but the Mercury type is not far behind. They have been using a lot of mercury for the past several days.

Last night was very similar to the nights before except that we had more plumes during the night.

As they have continued layering the 9:30 am plume, the dominant type shifted from the Inflammatory component to the Mercury component, which is now dominant as I type this.

And so a new day of mass poisoning begins.

I forgot to mention in my entries from yesterday that the Barium type was in the air all day. I was rushed most of the day and just neglected to mention this type that was present the entire time.

They are usually making the Stimulant and Chalky-Bitter-Pharma types dominant these days. What a horrible time in history we live in. Some areas are sprayed lightly and don't feel much. Others are sprayed heavily and the sensitive persons in those areas are suffering greatly. What a time this is.
As I type this we are at near ambient intensity of 7.75.
A year ago ambient intensity was 7.5. Years before that it was 7, and so on. The overall, long-term base/ambient intensity keeps moving up and up.
Those spraying us are not doing this to help us. You and I are living in a time like not other.
Everyone must wake up. You are going to lose your freedom and nearly everything else that is important to you.
As I type this we are getting hit with another plume. I just looked at the clock and, of course, right on schedule, it's just before 11 pm. They very often hit us at 11 pm most nights. No, this is not an unintentional side effect of jet fuel additives. This is a 100% intentional and the intentions are not good; far from it.

Last night was very similar to the nights before. We had more plumes throughout the night. I logged the plumes in yesterday's log up to 2:35 am this morning, but more plumes continued into the night at approx. these times: 5 am, 8 am. These were all the same plume types: wide-spectrum plumes containing the following components:

The Inflammatory type was far dominant. The Chalky type was in second place.
So, this is the third or fourth night in a row they have sprayed through the night. This is a new thing I suppose. They used spray through the night some time ago, then they stopped, then they started again for a few months a year or so ago, then they stopped again. So now they appear to be starting again.
Indole-3-carbinol is a compound found in high concentrations in vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and kale. Increasing preclinical and clinical evidence indicates that indole-3-carbinol has multiple anticarcinogenic and anti-tumor properties. In recent years, indole-3-carbinol has gained attention as a promising agent for both prevention and treatment of breast and cervical cancers. In addition, preliminary in vitro studies suggest that indole-3-carbinol may be an effective therapeutic agent for the prevention and treatment of prostate cancer.1-12
Indole-3-carbinol has a number of mechanisms by which it works to prevent cancer, including anti-estrogenic activity, the promotion of apoptosis (cell death), antioxidant activity (protection against free radical damage), and the induction of phase I and phase II detoxification enzymes, which chemically transform toxic compounds into excretable substances. Through its action on phase 1 and phase II enzymes, indole-3-carbinol alters estrogen metabolism (i.e. eliminates excess estrogen) in a manner that reduces the risk of certain tumors.4,7-9,11,13-16
Although estrogens are necessary for bone maintenance and female sexual development in the body, research has shown that elevated levels of circulating estrogens are associated with an increased risk for breast cancer. As a result, the body metabolizes (breaks down) excess estrogens into less potent compounds (metabolites): the "highly estrogenic“ 16-alpha-hydroxyestrone and the "low estrogenic“ 2-hydroxyestrone. Estrogen metabolism that increases production of 16-alpha-hydroxyestrone has been linked to an increase in breast cancer, whereas production of 2-hydroxyestrone appears to be protective against breast cancer. Studies have confirmed that the urinary ratio of 2-hydroxyestrone to 16-alpha-hydroxyestrone (expressed as 2:16-hydroxyestrone) is significantly lower in women with breast cancer when compared to healthy controls among both premenopausal and postmenopausal women. Thus, increasing the production of 2-hydroxyestrone, which would increase the 2:16 ratio of estrogen metabolites, would appear to be a potential protective measure against breast cancer.2,7,11,13,16-24
Several clinical trials have demonstrated indole-3-carbinol’s ability to promote healthy estrogen metabolism, thus reducing the risk factor for breast cancer. Specifically, indole-3-carbinol has been shown to increase the ratio of 2:16-hydroxyestrone. In one study, 20 premenopausal women at high risk for breast cancer were given 400mg of indole-3-carbinol daily for 3 months. Compared to women receiving either a fiber supplement or placebo, those taking indole-3-carbinol demonstrated a statistically significant increase in urinary 2:16-hydroxyestrone ratios. Likewise, in a 2005 study involving 17 women at high risk for breast cancer, a maximum increase in urinary 2:16-hydroxyestrone ratio was achieved with a daily dose of 400mg of indole-3-carbinol.1,2,11,13,16,25
The ratio of urinary estrogen metabolites may also be a predictor for the risk of cervical cancer, the second-most common cancer among young women and one of the most common causes of cancer deaths in women, particularly among minorities and in impoverished countries. Studies have shown that women with grade II and III cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)—abnormal growth of precancerous cells in the cervix, also known as cervical dysplasia—have lower urinary 2:16-hydroxyestrone ratios than women with no abnormal cervical conditions. Initial studies using indole-3-carbinol have yielded promising results, including the regression and complete disappearance of advanced cervical dysplasia. Results of a preliminary double-blind, placebo-controlled study of women with CIN II/III showed that there was a statistically significant regression of CIN in those treated with indole-3-carbinol orally, compared to those receiving the placebo. Nearly 50% of the women taking indole-3-carbinol (400mg daily) demonstrated complete regression of the disease, while none in the placebo group experienced complete regression.2,3,11,24,25
In addition, indole-3-carbinol shows promise as an anticancer agent for prostate cancer. Several laboratory studies have shown that indole-3-carbinol inhibits the growth of human prostate cancer cells and prevents the progression of tumors by inducing apoptosis.8-12,27
Indole-3-carbinol has been well tolerated by individuals at dosages between 400 and 800mg daily, with the typical dosage ranging from 200 to 400mg per day.11

Well, this has been the most unusual afternoon and night in years.
Why?
Because after the previous plume just after 12 noon, we have had no plumes. Yes folks, that's right, no plumes.
Does this have to do with the war?
This goes without saying but this is a huge change in pattern that may have never happened before since spraying began in our area in 2005, yes, since 2005.
The air has been hovering between intensity 7.75 and 8+ all afternoon and evening, and that's it. Nothing else to report. Very, very unusual.
The type in the air is the same that I reported at 3:35 pm, except that there was low-level intensity TYPE III Biologics in the air all afternoon and evening, and even now as I type this.
I went to Ellsworth tonight to see my nephew's soccer game. The air was exactly the same there complete with low-level TYPE III Biologics.

It's obvious why they love to use the new Stimulant type so much. Each new type they introduce through the years is worse than the previous types they have introduced. The Stimulant type keeps this wicked tradition by now being the most dangerous type.

A few minutes ago, at about 11:15 pm, we were hit with a strong, fast-rising plume of type Stimulant, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Inflammatory, and Mercury. This is a new, common combination. It is horrible and it depletes body-magnesium levels very rapidly. I fear for sensitive people in that they may have severe heart issues. Others will have fatigue, headaches, vertigo, digestive issues, and much more. It is truly amazing what they are getting away with while the world simply believes the ridiculous propagandic lies they tell the world. We live in a time like no other.

This was a very unusual night compared with recent history. We had plumes hit us several times. These plumes had the Stimulant, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma and Inflammatory components as dominant. They us at roughly 4 am and then again at 6 am, not to mention the onslaught we had in the early part of the night before 3 am where we were hit no less than 7 plumes between 12 midnight and 3 am. Yes, the spraying was insane during that time.
Air intensity after the 6 am plume finally settled to 8 where it is as I type this. The components in the air are (strongest to weakest) as I type this:

Today, scientists have discovered that olive leaf extract contains phytochemicals that make it a formidable treatment against both infectious and degenerative diseases. The spraying intensity through the night was again 7.75. The mix of components include the typical wide-spectrum collection of components plus the new Stimulant type.
Psyllium hulls, also called husks, are the outer coverings of psyllium seeds, containing the majority of the bulking mucilage—complex carbohydrates which expand, becoming gelatinous when soaked in water. Psyllium hulls are favored over the seed germ for use as a bulk fiber laxative, since the hull swells in water to 8-14 times their dry volume. Psyllium hulls are comprised of 70% soluble fiber in contrast to oat bran which is only 7% soluble fiber. Psyllium hulls also act like a colon “broom,� cleansing the intestines and absorbing toxins adhered to intestinal walls. Psyllium has become a widely-used fiber supplement, as high fiber diets are recommended when trying to control weight and lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Dietary fibers, such as psyllium, help provide a sense of fullness and slow the absorption of cholesterol and sugars into the blood stream.
Psyllium increases available water content within the large intestine, thus increasing the bulk of the stool and making its passage easier. This action also helps relieve hemorrhoids by reducing irritation of the distended vein. Furthermore, the soothing, healing effect produced by the mucilage-rich husks helps relieve gastrointestinal inflammation associated with acid indigestion and stomach and duodenal ulcers.
Psyllium is also being used to treat the symptoms of chronic yeast infections. Psyllium’s mucilage absorbs the toxins produced by Candida albicans, which many people are very sensitive to. Psyllium also encourages the growth of healthy colonic flora to keep yeast levels in check. Of course, the mucilage also absorbs other toxins within the large intestine, expelling them from the body and reducing autotoxicity.
Psyllium is commonly used to correct diarrhea and to aid irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). A clinical trial lasting several months, conducted on the benefits of psyllium for treatment of individuals with IBS, was published in the Quarterly Journal of Medicine. Researchers found those taking psyllium stayed in remission, while those previously taking psyllium and then changed to a placebo, or those who stopped taking the treatment, relapsed. When psyllium treatment was resumed, participants became asymptomatic. Psyllium is also effective for treating Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis.
The cholesterol-lowering effects of psyllium are well-established. Numerous studies demonstrate psyllium’s ability to significantly lower both total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol levels. Although the mechanisms by which psyllium operates are not completely understood, initials findings show the fiber reduces cholesterol absorption and stimulates the rate of cholesterol transformation into bile acids. Furthermore, preliminary research findings indicate psyllium may provide an indirect protective action against colon cancer.
Studies also show psyllium to be helpful for managing diabetes. According to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, psyllium reduced the rise in postprandial (after a meal) glucose and insulin concentrations in participants with non-insulin-dependent diabetes.

The previous plume from 11 am has dissipated to its current intensity of 8.25 where it has been for some time. So we have had no break at all.

The 8 am plume had Mercury as it's dominant component. This mix of the Mercury and Stimulant types this morning and afternoon has led to heightened emotions, specifically fear and anxiety, etc. This is the result of these 2 components working together to make lives more miserable as the globalists laugh at the population for continuing to ignore their epic attack against all life.
I'm bringing this up to help those who may feel anxious at times without explanation. This is your explanation. These components have a dramatic effect on the emotional state and demeanor of people. I have witnessed it for years, and it is very significant.

Red clover has a long history of use as an alterative or blood and lymph cleanser. Red clover has traditionally been used as a dermatological agent for chronic skin diseases, especially eczema and psoriasis. Red clover contains over 125 chemicals, including tannins that possess astringent properties, and numerous minerals (i.e. calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese and potassium). This plume is dominated by the Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, the Stimulant, and the TYPE II Biologic types. This plume also contains the Model Cement, Copper, Inflammatory, and Mercury types. Overall air intensity is now 9.5+ and rising.
The intensity of the biologic component is 8.75. It's chilly and wet outside and this is the type of weather they typically use biologics. This way people will blame the weather for the sickness.

Recently the nights have been lighter than usual (in spray intensity). Of course, this "lightness" only happens after they dump their final plume of the night on us at 2 am in the morning. Check the logs and you will see how consistent this pattern has been for days now. The patterns are everywhere. Those who claims that jet trails are just harmless jet "contrails" or the unintentional result of jet fuel additives have absolutely no idea what is actually happening.
Horseradish root (Armoracia rusticana) has a long history of use treating bronchial congestion and infections, as well as tissue inflammation and swelling. In the cold, damp climates of northern Europe, horseradish has been used for coughs, bronchial congestion, influenza and other respiratory ailments, primarily due to its ability to stimulate blood flow to the respiratory mucosa, decrease the thickness of mucus, and aid in clearing respiratory catarrh by breaking up congestion in the lungs and sinuses. In North America, the Cherokee Indians used horseradish as a respiratory aid for asthma. Horseradish has also been used as a mucolytic to help loosen viscid (thick and adhesive) sputum in cases of whooping cough. Research has confirmed that horseradish exhibits antimicrobial activity against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Furthermore, the German Commission E has approved horseradish for the treatment of respiratory tract infections and catarrh, coughs, and bronchitis.3,7,13

The Chalky and Stimulant types are dominant. Both appear to rapidly deplete magnesium and may be related to \/enom peptides.
The Stimulant type is the newest type and has been used for, perhaps the last 6 months in this area on and off, but as time goes on, they use if much more frequently. This, but the way, is how they introduce all new types. They begin using new plume types intermittently, and then more often, and then constantly. They probably do this to:
#1 Ensure there will be no unexpected surprises when they begin using them daily, and
#2 Get people used to the new symptom set gradually to make it easier to convince the public that related symptoms/illnesses are "naturally-occurring".

I have been in Bangor all day, and despite the recent onslaught of poison in our area, this afternoon's log is simple.
Before I left home at about 2:15 pm, the previous wide spectrum plume had mostly dissipated. The array of poisons in the air included Model Cement, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Stimulant, Inflammatory, and Mercury. The Chalky and Stimulant types are dominant, and have been all day.
The air in Bangor was relatively mild (by recent standards) the entire afternoon, which is unusual to say the least. Intensity ranged between 7.75 and 8 - not really mild, but not harsh by today's brutal standards.
At 7:35 pm in downtown Bangor we did get hit with a small plume that only raised intensity to 8.5- for a short while.
Coming home, intensity remained at about 8- where it continues as I type this.

A chaotic day made it impossible to log before now. In summary, this has been a brutal day of spraying, and a very unusual one as well.
Overnight
After the last late-night plume last night (see yesterday's log), intensity fell and remained at 7.75- throughout the night, so it was a somewhat milder than usual night of spraying. We had the typical wide-spectrum components in the air: Model Cement, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Inflammatory, and Mercury. The Inflammatory type was dominant.
Pomegranate fruit (Punica granatum) is a rich source of antioxidant compounds. In fact, pomegranate fruit juice has demonstrated 2 to 3 times the antioxidant capacity of both green tea and red wine. Pomegranate fruit has been studied for its potential therapeutic properties, including the treatment and prevention of cancer, cardiovascular disease, erectile dysfunction and male infertility, and bacterial infections and antibiotic resistance.30-32

Today has been brutal and very unusual. 90% of the day we have been pounded with 2 plume types together each time: The Stimulant type and the Chalky-Bitter-Pharma (\/enom Peptides?). The Stimulant type makes you feel like you are being injected with adrenaline. It eventually can cause heart palpitations and a brutal headache mostly behind the eyes. The Chalky type appears to rapidly deplete magnesium from the body, which is also very dangerous, and if you know anything about health, these 2 types together would be particularly bad.
I did not record specific times but roughly speaking, we were hit every 2 hours with this brutal 2-type combination. This has been going on since late this morning and has not stopped even as I type this. This is very unusual.

We are now getting hit with a plume about the same time we did last night.
About 3 minutes ago we were hit with a fast-rising, wide-spectrum plume of type Model Cement, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Inflammatory, and Mercury. This plume also contains the Stimulant type. Intensity is now already at 8.25 and rising.
I forgot to mention this earlier: After my talk show this afternoon, at about 5 pm I took a drive about 10 minutes up the road to see if there was any difference in air intensity because there frequently is. Sure enough, just about 5 minutes away from my house, the Stimulant type, which was dominant, dropped dramatically. The overall plume intensity dropped as well. I live in a very specifically bad place, apparently.

Overnight
After the last last-night plume (see yesterday's log), intensity fell and remained at 7.75 throughout the night, so it was a somewhat milder than usual night of spraying. We had the typical wide-spectrum components in the air: Model Cement, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Inflammatory, and Mercury. The Inflammatory type was dominant.
Turmeric contains antioxidants known as curcuminoids, which have been shown to provide potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. Curcumin, the primary curcuminoid, is more than 5 times as powerful of an antioxidant as vitamin E. Curcumin has been found to chelate and neutralize the free-radical attributes of minerals such as iron, inhibit oxidative enzymes, quench singlet oxygen free-radicals, and block formation of carcinogenic (cancer-causing) nitrosamines. One study showed that participants receiving 500mg of curcumin daily for one week experienced a significant reduction in the free radicals that damage arterial walls. In addition, extensive research over the last 50 years has indicated that curcumin can both prevent and treat cancer. Evidence also suggests that curcumin can suppress tumor initiation, promotion and metastasis. Furthermore, curcumin has been found to be extremely safe, with human clinical trials indicating no dose-limiting toxicity when administered at doses up to 10 grams (10,000mg) per day.4,23-25

It seems after last week's huge divergence from "normal" patterns, we have now returned to near-"normal" patterns of poisoning.
So, as is usual with "normal" spraying patterns, at about 9 am (just slightly earlier than the typical 9:30 am hit) we were hit with a wide-spectrum plume that rose at a medium-fast rate. Usually this first-hit-of-the-day rises at a slow rate. Nevertheless, this plume contained the same nasty combination of components: Model Cement, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Inflammatory, and Mercury. Current intensity is 9.25. The Model Cement and Chalky types are dominant.

At about 1:30 pm we were hit with a wide-spectrum plume of type Model Cement, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Inflammatory, and Mercury, their favorite mix. Intensity rose at a medium-fast rate to 8.5+ where it remains as I type this. The Model Cement and Chalky (venom peptides?) types are dominant.
They have layered in 2 new types in the past couple hours.
At roughly 2:45 pm they layered in TYPE III Biologics at intensity of 8.25.
At roughly 3:20 pm they layered in the Stimulant type which is now at intensity 8.25 as well.

Just after I finished my previous log entry, we were hit with another plume. This is a wide-spectrum plume containing these types: Model Cement, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Inflammatory, and Mercury. The Chalky is dominant and the Model Cement type is second dominant.

Overall air intensity is now 8.75 and rising at a medium-fast rate.

This is what happens when they layer all day. Layering is the method they use to maintain sustained high intensity for long periods of time, and they do it here every day now.

From the time the previous plume declined until now, intensity has been at about 7.75. This is a long "break". It's unusual to have a break this long during this time of the day anyway. They did layer in a Swamp Water Biologic type plume for a few hours but it was layered at a low intensity of 7.75-.
If historic patterns continue, we will be getting hit between midnight and 12:30 am and then again between 1:30 and 2 am. However, considering this very unusual break tonight, it is possible that the next few hours may be different. I doubt it, but it is possible.

Well, we did not get hit with a plume at midnight, but we did get hit with a plume at about 1:30 am, as expected (see previous log entry).
I am working late tonight. About 10 minutes ago I began tasting a fast-rising plume and immediately looked at the computer's clock and it was 1:27 am, so yes, we did get hit with with the second-expected plume.
So, intensity is now 9.5+ and still rising.

It took some time for the air to clear last night after the final harsh plume of the night. After air intensity returned to current baseline (ambient) which now hovers at intensity 7.75, the remainder of the night stayed at this level (based on the times I was awake). So it was a somewhat milder-than-usual night of poisoning.
Silver, one of the oldest antimicrobial agents in traditional medicine, has experienced renewed medical interest due to its potent antibacterial properties and long history of use to fight infections, control food spoilage and purify drinking water. In fact, silver has been the most extensively studied metal for such purposes. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), silver compounds have been employed for medical purposes for centuries and have been registered as biocidal materials (a substance that destroys living organisms) in the U.S. since 1954. Silver compounds have been used as effective antimicrobial agents to combat a broad range of pathogens (disease-causing organisms), including bacteria, viruses and eukaryotic microorganisms such as fungi, in both the clinical setting and for public health hygiene. Even the Russian Space Agency has used silver to purify drinking water for the Mir space station and the International Space Station.1,2,6-19
Research into the use of silver for medical and other purposes has led to the development of silver nanoparticles—microscopic-sized silver particles that are less than 100 nanometers (a billionth of a meter) in diameter. Silver nanoparticles exhibit strong antimicrobial activity and have been shown to be non-toxic and virtually free of adverse effects. Silver nanoparticles are currently being used in the treatment of burns and wounds and in dental procedures to minimize the chance of infection, as well as in water purification and aerosol disinfectants. Advanced technology has enabled silver nanoparticles to be incorporated into antimicrobial medical and dental device coatings, stents, catheters, wound dressings, bone prostheses, cardiac devices and surgical appliances to reduce nosocomial (hospital-acquired) infection rates. Silver nanoparticles are also impregnated into fabrics and protective clothing for improved personal hygiene.1,2,7,8,13,14,16,19-24
Numerous studies have confirmed the potent antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral activity of silver nanoparticles, even against proven resistant strains such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus or MRSA, multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, ampicillin-resistant Escherichia coli and erythromycin-resistant Streptococcus pyogenes. Silver nanoparticles demonstrate multiple modes of action against bacterial pathogens, thus resulting in a minimal chance of bacteria developing resistance. Research has confirmed that silver nanoparticles destroy target bacterial cells and induce apoptosis (cell death) by disrupting the cell wall and inhibiting RNA and DNA replication. In addition, silver nanoparticles have been shown to produce synergistic and additive effects in vitro when combined with traditional antibiotics (e.g. penicillin G, amoxicillin, aztreonam, erythromycin, clindamycin, cefmetazole, vancomycin), thus enhancing the overall antimicrobial effect against chronic and resistant infectious microorganisms, including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Since antibiotic-resistant infections are a frequent occurrence that often results in therapeutic failure when treated with single-drug antibiotic regimens, researchers have suggested the use of silver in combination with antibiotic therapy in order to achieve bactericidal synergism (a combined and increased effectiveness for killing bacteria).1-3,8,14,16,18-23,25-30
Recent studies have shown that silver nanoparticles demonstrate broad-spectrum antiviral activity against influenza A (H1N1) virus, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B virus, herpes simplex virus type 2 (genital herpes), respiratory syncytial virus (respiratory infections/pneumonia typically in infants/children), adenovirus type 3 (severe respiratory illness typically in infants/children) and vaccinia virus (smallpox) in vitro. Although the exact mechanisms by which silver nanoparticles exert their antiviral effects remains unclear, research suggests that silver nanoparticles bind to host cell surface glycoproteins (which act as receptors), thus inhibiting virus-to-cell attachment and entry into the host cell and preventing virus replication.2,26,31-35
Furthermore, silver nanoparticles have exhibited significant antifungal activity against Aspergillus niger (ear infections and lung disease), Penicillium citrinum (respiratory disease, liver and kidney damage), Trichophyton mentagrophytes (nail and skin infections), and Candida albicans (yeast infections, thrush). Silver nanoparticles have also demonstrated potent in vitro antifungal activity against numerous fungal strains that can cause ocular (eye) infections associated with vision loss. Additionally, the antifungal activity of silver nanoparticles has been confirmed against common indoor mold species such Penicillium brevicompactum, Aspergillus fumigatus, Cladosporium cladosporoides, Chaetomium globosum and Stachybotrys chartarum (“black mold�). The presence of molds in indoor environments is associated with reduced lung function among healthy adults, particularly women, and can lead to serious health complications and acute or even chronic disease conditions.2,27,36,37

This morning, intensity ramped up gently from about 9:30 am on, but it only increased to intensity 8+, which is much lower than usual, although not mild.
From 12 noon until about 12:35 pm, intensity fell as it normally does at this time back to near-ambient intensity of 7.75+.
At about 12:35 pm, intensity began rising again at a medium-fast rate, so as I type this, intensity is 8.25 and still rising. We also now have biologics in the air at a relatively low intensity. See the type/intensity profile below.
So, if you have been watching this log, you will recognize that this is the typical modern pattern we have on 4 of 5 days now.
Following is the current type/intensity profile so the air:

As you can see, this is an incredibly uniform distribution. They have clearly refined their methods of distribution in such a way as to balance the distribution of components based on human perception.
Why would they do this?
In all likelihood, this is to maximize human exposure while minimizing human detection. This is why the uniform distribution is based on human perception/detection and not some other technical factor. This is why these intensity values are so close when measured by someone/anyone who is has a sensitive sense of smell and taste.
In short, it's all about finding the maximum exposure limits while limiting human's ability to perceive it. This is why the intensity levels are so uniform based on my perception/detection of these poisons and not some other factor.

So, all these plumes are indicative of the layering methods they are now using. They interweave different plume types throughout the day. Gone are the days of 1 plume every 2 hours. We are entering a time when things are becoming more and more complex and sophisticated. What a time we live in.

After yet another barrage of plumes last night before 2:30 am, the remainder of the night was again somewhat milder than usual. Intensity hovered around 7.75 most of the night.
The types in the air throughout the night were: Model Cement, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Inflammatory, and Mercury. The Inflammatory type was dominant.

This morning was back to the typical pattern that used to occur daily before the past week or divergence.
At about 9:40 am we were hit with a slow-rising plume that contained all the usual wide-spectrum components but also included the Swamp Water Biologic type. Intensity rose slowly leveling at 8.5+ by 10:15 am and then continued at that intensity until noon.
At noon intensity dropped quickly to 7.75, the same "ambient" intensity we had through the night.
It's now shortly before 1 pm and I'm sure in the next 35 minutes we will be hit again with another layered plume that may last all afternoon, and this will probably contain TYPE III Biologics or the Swamp Water type. We'll see.

At about 1:45 pm we were hit with a plume, within 15 minutes of the expected time. This plume is wide-spectrum containing Model Cement, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Swamp Water, Inflammatory, and Mercury. The Model Cement and Chalky types are dominant. Overall intensity is now 8.75 and rising at a medium-fast rate.

It's been a bad day of spraying that will be simple to log.
The previous plume (2 pm) persisted all afternoon and evening until just a little while ago. The Model Cement type dominated the entire time as rain dominated the day as well. I have found this pattern; rain and the Model Cement type are associated, but more on that another time.
I spent the afternoon and early evening in Bangor. The same plume profile persisted throughout Bangor, Brewer, and all the way home. The public needs to realize that this operation (poisoning all life and land) is a historically-huge operation spanning enormous distances - many countries globally.
The intensity of this entire area - from home to Brewer to Bangor - was 9.75, extremely intense. This intensity persisted constantly with only a short decline in intensity at about 6 pm in Bangor, but it only last about 45 minutes before intensity rose back up to 9.75.
Returning home, intensity persisted.
Finally we had our nightly break from about 8:30 pm until about 9:30 pm where intensity dropped to 7.75, the usual "ambient" intensity.
By 9:45 pm, intensity increased to 9.5 where it is now. The type profile is still nearly the same with the Model Cement being the dominant component and the Chalky type being second dominant.
So, this was a simple day to log.
The moral of the story is this: We are all breathing what those military jets are releasing on us, and it's horrific. More and more people are beginning to smell and taste it as more and more people become toxic. I wonder if the monsters poisoning us counted on this.

Very shortly after making the previous post, we were hit with a plume with a different type profile than the type we have had all day.
At about 10:20 pm we were hit with a plume having biologics. Following is the type profile:
Chalky-Bitter-Pharma - Dominant Copper - Second Dominant TYPE III Biologics Inflammatory Mercury
The Chalky type was dominant with the Copper type in second place.
The TYPE III Biologics are more subtle, but it takes little of this type to begin inducing body aches and flu-like symptoms without the fever or runny nose. It is a bizarre type. We should NOT have to experience this pain and suffering at the hands of anyone, much less our government.
Since 10:20 pm when it hit us, the TYPE III Biologics are increasing in intensity and are now second dominant.
It is an astonishing time we live in.

Just like last night at 2:03 am, we are now getting hit with a very strong plume of type Mercury. The previous 2 plumes are still in the air, but the Mercury type is now at intensity 9- and rising quickly.

Overnight
After another barrage of plumes last night before 2:30 am, the remainder of the night was somewhat milder than usual. Intensity hovered around 7.75 most of the night.
Normally we have a long, slow-rising, wide-spectrum plume that hit us at about 9 am and lasts until about noon. This morning, and day, have been a little different.
At about 8 am we were hit with a slow-rising plume that was wide-spectrum, but it never rose above intensity 8.5, however, it was dominated by the insidious TYPE III Biologic type.
Normally about noon we have a break until about 1 pm or 1:30 pm. Today, we have had no such break, and as I type this, it all begins to make sense. This is a holiday weekend, and they nearly always spray harder during such times, and they often try to make people sick during times of gathering. This is likely so the sickness will be blamed on the people and not on the monsters spraying us with biologics.
So, how was today different?
We have had no break. The 8.5 intensity has not subsided since mid-morning and continues as I type this. The TYPE III Biologics makes people feel like they have a flu but without a fever or runny nose. This type creates an achy body all over with fatigue, just like the flu, but without the other typical flu symptoms.
Intentional biologics from the sky? Yes folks, this is happening.
Black currant oil (13% GLA) - GLA-rich black currant oil has been shown to be a potentially effective treatment for RA. A 24-week double-blind, placebo-controlled trial demonstrated a reduction in the signs and symptoms of disease activity in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients receiving black currant oil. In contrast, patients given a placebo showed no changes in disease. Black currant oil has also been studied to determine the influence of GLA-rich preparations on cardiovascular function. An 8-week study on resting blood pressure and cardiovascular reactivity to psychological stress in borderline hypertensive (high blood pressure) individuals was conducted. Study results showed black currant oil inhibited blood pressure reactivity by over 40%; a decrease in diastolic blood pressure was also significantly different, in contrast to the “slight� changes observed in the placebo group. Plus, animal research indicates that GLA from black currant oil-rich diets inhibits platelet adhesion to blood vessel walls and the development of blood clots. Furthermore, black currant oil has been shown to improve immune response in healthy elderly subjects. black currant oil exhibits a moderate immune-enhancing effect, which is attributed to GLA’s ability to suppress prostaglandin E2(PGE2) production—immunologic vigor has been shown to decline with age due to the increased production of PGE2, a well-known suppressor of T cell–mediated immune function.11-14

They have sprayed us with TYPE III Biologics all day and night with about a 1-hour break at about 9 pm. They have been relentless. I'm sure some will get sick. If they do this another day, many more will get sick.
At about 10 pm, after the 1-hour break, we were hit with a wide-spectrum plume that was dominated by TYPE III Biologics. Intensity rose to 8.25 but has since declined to the current level of 8.
At 12:50 pm we were hit with a strong plume of type Burnt Electronics/Fungal which is still in the air as I type this. Intensity is presently 8.25+.
The previous wide-spectrum is still in the air at intensity 8 with the TYPE III Biologics still dominant.

I forgot to mention in the previous post that we were also hit with a very strong plume of type Mercury, yes, the Mercury type alone, at about 11:15 pm. It peaked at intensity 9.25- at about 11:45 pm and then slowly subsided.
With the new spraying logistics based on layering with more frequent plumes, the patterns are now sometimes been unprecedented.

Overnight
After the barrage of plumes last night before 2 am, the remainder of the night was somewhat milder than usual. Intensity hovered around 7.75 most of the night.
This was an unusual morning in that we had no slow-rising plume this morning as we normally do. The morning intensity remained between 7.75 and 8-. The air around my house continued to be 7.75+ (medium) as we approached noon. This is unheard of in recent history. Normally intensity is horrific at this time.

I am on my way to Portland as I write this.
Heading toward Bangor from home, intensity of the air suddenly increased about half way there.
Driving through Bangor, intensity was 9.5+ with a nasty mix with some of the most nauseating plume types being dominant. The Copper, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, and Model Cement types were dominant. The Inflammatory and Mercury types were also present at a lower intensity.
This powerful mix continued as I headed down I-95 into Pittsfield. Here, I-95 bends southward as it heads towards Waterville and then Augusta. After this southward bend, intensity dropped off in the gap between towns with the Copper and Chalky types no longer being dominant.
As I type this it's 1:28 pm. I'm south of Augusta and the air in this rural area is now at intensity 8.25-; much milder than anywhere since before Bangor.

I'm now headed back from Portland.
When heading south on I-95 just before reaching Cumberland, ME, air intensity dropped to 7.75-. I spent about 2 hours in Cumberland from 2 pm until about 4 pm. The air the entire time was 7.75- (medium-mild) and has the following type/intensity profile:
Model Cement: 7.5 Chalky-Bitter-Pharma: 7.75- Copper: 7.5+ Inflammatory: 7.75- Mercury: 7.5+ 8.25+ That is an amazingly consistent type/intensity profile.
At about 4 pm I headed to Portland about 15 minutes further south. I spent about an hour and a half in Portland. During this entire time, the type/intensity profile of the air was identical as in Cumberland. Still, very consistent.
Heading back north, the air maintained this 7.75- consistency all the way back to Cumberland.
When we were a few minutes south of Augusta where the population density spikes, intensity suddenly went up to 8.5.
As I type this, we are now north of Waterville. The type/intensity profile remains the same; 8.5 with a pretty uniform intensity profile across all components. The Chalky type is still dominant as I type this. The Copper type is in second place.

We entered Bangor about 10 minutes ago. As expected, air intensity increased.
Outside Bangor, air intensity was 8.5, but as we got to the Cold Brook Rd exit on I-95 just outside Bangor, intensity had risen to 9.
The components that increased the most were the dangerous Chalky-Bitter-Pharma type and the painful Copper type. Intensity of the Chalky component rose to intensity 9. The Copper type rose to 8.5+. The Mercury type also rose and is now 8.25+.
It's amazing to live during the most historic time in history, but not in a good way. We read historical events where nations were plunged into horrific times simply because the public did not heed the warnings of the people who knew what was about to happen. When reading those accounts, it's sometime hard to imagine that so many people would be so willfully blind and continue to ignore the warnings. It's not hard to imagine such a time now because we are witnessing it first-hand.
Wake up world. This is happening.

Now, I'm about 20 minutes from home. I'm in, what I call, "The Corridor". This is the flight path that numerous military jet use to enter the U.S. from the eastern border of Maine over the Bay of Fundy. These jets fly east and then fan out to the north and south like a giant hand-fan in the sky. I live very close to this flight path.
Heading home from Bangor, we entire The Corridor about 20 minutes out. Nearly every time we enter this area, intensity increases quite a bit. Then, of Course, as I get a few minutes from my house, intensity increases further.
So, now that we're in The Corridor, the type/intensity profile of the air has changed. One of the newest types, the "Stimulant" type, is now present in the air at an intensity that I can detect. The Chalky-Bitter-Pharma type has also increased somewhat. The Stimulant type has a synergistic effect with the Chalky type to deplete magnesium and raise adrenaline; a dangerous combination especially for the heart.
The Corridor is an interesting and horrible place to live. I want to move away and hopefully will one day before long.
Overall air intensity is now 9.25+.

About 20 minutes ago we were hit with a plume that is now at intensity 10. This is a wide-spectrum plume dominated by the Model Cement and Chalky-Bitter-Pharma components.

A few minutes ago we were hit with a wide-spectrum plume that also contains the Swamp Water Biologic type. The other components are Model Cement, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Inflammatory, and Mercury. The Swamp Water Biologic type is dominant at intensity 8.75+ as I type this. The Chalky type is second dominant. This plume has rising quickly.

The Swamp Water Biologic type has a dramatic effect on magnesium, yet, it makes sense if it contains \/-peptides. Is it a delivery agent? Are \/-peptides being aerosolized? I think it's likely. This is why _hemtrails must be tested for \/-peptides which also deplete magnesium rapidly and are potentially very dangerous.

It was a medium-intensity night of spraying last night with a few strong plumes. Ambient intensity (without plumes) was between 8 and 8.25. Plumes during the night peaked between intensity 8.75 and 9.75, so they were very strong. The plumes were spaced about 2 hours apart.
All plumes were identical in composition containing the following components: Model Cement; Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Inflammatory, and Mercury. In all plumes the Model Cement and Inflammatory components were dominant.
The essential oil of patchouli is very popular in India, due to its strong and distinctive fragrance and “exotic� reputation as an aphrodisiac.1-4
Patchouli oil, with its arousing, uplifting qualities, is useful for relieving moods of apathy, depression and indifference, as well as clearing mental confusion and indecisiveness. Patchouli is also recommended to relieve nervous exhaustion, stress-related conditions, frigidity, and decreased libido. Positive results using patchouli oil are best achieved either through inhalation or topical application, especially in conjunction with massage.1,2,4,5
Patchouli essential oil contains sesquiterpene alcohols, including patchoulol (35%) and bulnesene, which help tone muscles and nerves, reduce lymphatic and venous congestion, and have moderate antimicrobial effects.3,6
Researchers in India have confirmed that patchouli oil is effective as an antibacterial and antifungal against at least 20 Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and 12 yeast-like and filamentous fungi in vitro. We were hit at roughly 10 am with a typical, wide-spectrum plume that has increased slowly through the morning. If you read this log you know this is the typical pattern most mornings. Intensity is now 9+ and still rising.

This was a very unique day, and not in a good way.
It's been a super busy day so I have not had a chance to log, but I did make notes so here's how we were poisoned today (yes, poisoned).
From roughly 2:30 pm on, throughout the afternoon, the air was horrible. TYPE III Biologics were the dominant component the entire time. Intensity throughout the afternoon was between 8.5 and 9.25. The TYPE III Biologics make your whole body hurt just as if you have the flu without the fever and runny nose. My quality of life has been destroyed by this mass poisoning. The vast majority of people suffering from this crime don't even know that chemtrail fallout is the cause. I've seen their symptoms come and go with the plume, in perfect sync.
At 3:42 we were hit with a fast-rising plume of type Burnt Electronics/Fungal.
At about 4 pm we they layered in the Sharp Metallic type which peaked at 8.75+.
At about 6 pm They began layering in the Barium type.
At about 7 pm we were hit with a plume of type Burnt Electronics/Fungal.
At about 7:45 pm we were hit with a wide-spectrum plume that contained all the typical components plus the Sharp Metallic type.
Finally, at about 9 pm intensity finally fell to ambient levels. It's now 10:14 pm and intensity is a relieving 7.5 for the first time in a while.
The pain and suffering we have endured today from the TYPE III Biologics (and the other types as well) has been horrible and I cannot wait until the world wakes up and realizes what some of us have known all along.
Outside, the leave no longer turn colors. They are just going from green to pale yellow or brown.15 years ago, it was so very different.

This plume contains the following components:

The Model Cement is the dominant component. My wet mask is already saturated and smells as if it's been dipped in a glass of Model Cement glue.
And so it continues.

It was a strong night of spraying last night. intensity was between 8+ with plumes peaking at 9.75-. Plumes hit roughly 2 hours apart during the night.
All plumes were identical in composition containing the following components: Model Cement; Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Inflammatory, and Mercury. In all plumes the Model Cement and Inflammatory components were dominant.
Kelp is a valuable sea vegetable which nourishes and supports the glandular system, particularly the thyroid. Kelp is perhaps best-known as a popular natural remedy for treating hypothyroid conditions.

Intensity tapered off between 12 noon and 12:30 pm.
As I type this, Intensity is increasing with all the usual components except that this plume includes the Morgellon's type. This is the type that causes the itchy-skin, bug-bite sensation. Not fun at all.

Below is a short video of a plume barrage we were hit with this morning. We don't have persistent plume most days anymore, but this was an exception. How else would they doing to continue the "they are just contrails" lie if they all just disappeared.
For the past couple hours they have layered into the mix TYPE III Biologics. The air intensity overall dropped to 8- with the TYPE III Biologics being the dominant component.

After the horrible onslaught of plumes that hit us late last night (see yesterday's log entry), intensity through the remainder of the night was a somewhat-milder-than-usual typical night of spraying. Intensity was between 7.5+ and 8-.
During the night, the air contained the typical toxic components that they normally release into the atmosphere: Model Cement; Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Inflammatory, and Mercury.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, is valued as an adaptogen and Ayurvedic tonic for promoting health and vitality, especially in conditions stemming from long-term stress, chronic illness, overwork or nervous exhaustion. Ashwagandha helps reduce overactivity, promotes relaxation, calms and strengthens the nerves, clarifies the mind, and enhances restful sleep. Ashwagandha is used therapeutically as an adaptogen for patients suffering from nervous exhaustion, insomnia and debility due to stress. Overall intensity peaked at 9.25 and has now declined to 8.25. On most days they layer until noon keeping intensity high, but today they allowed the intensity to decline somewhat. The Model Cement and Chalky types are dominant.

After that, air intensity has hovered around 8 and remained pretty steady.
Just 10 minutes ago I went outside and in the first 5 minutes I saw 4 jets and heard 1 that I could not spot. ALL jets had no plume and none were trackable in flight radar so they were military. The last of the 5 jets I heard but could not spot it.

About an hour ago I looked out the window facing north and captured 3 jets in loose formation. This is the type of thing I see all the time. They spread out like this probably to cover the most ground with their payload in a logistically organized way. This type of formation spreads out from the north to the south. The previous plume eventually soared to 10 with the Stimulant being dominant and the Inflammatory close behind. The Stimulant type makes you feel like you have been injected with adrenaline. It's awful. I certainly believe it's dangerous to more sensitive persons. The Inflammatory type is also dangerous. I have seen it induce asthma in a young person, and other symptoms in many others. Dangerous.
At about 10:10 pm we were hit with Burnt Electronics/Fungal plume that peaked at intensity 9-.
About 10 minutes ago we were hit with another wide-spectrum plume with the Stimulant type being dominant. This plume is now at intensity 8.25 and rising.
As I type this, we are being hit with another plume of the same type. Intensity is now 8.5+ and rising. Many people smell this type. It's overwhelming to me.
When the spraying began, suddenly there were jets everywhere and most of them had trails. One of the most astounding things I have seen in my life is people NOT notice this sudden and dramatic change in the skies.
Astounding also is the fact that the skies are now clear many days in a row after over a decade of daily-saturated skies, and still they don't notice.
When the book says they were blind, it means they were blind. It's one thing to read. It's another to see first-hand.

The first half of the night was another absolutely horrific. Intensity hovered between 9.5 and 10 and did not dissipate until after 3 am (see yesterday's log for Sept 30th), the remainder of the night was a typical night of spraying but tapered off as the night went on. Intensity after 3:30 am was about 8.25 but by 9 am intensity had fallen to 7.5+.
They used the typical toxic components that they normally use during the night: Model Cement; Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Inflammatory, and Mercury

The Model Cement and Copper are the dominant components.

I went outside this afternoon and saw 5 jets with non-persistent plumes within 20 minutes.
I went outside again 30 minutes ago and there were 2 jets flying in formation spewing the same directly over my house, and then another following by a couple minutes. It's against the law for commercial jets to fly in formation.
All of these jets were at medium-low altitude.
The air this afternoon has been at a steady 8.25 to 8.5 intensity constantly.
As I sit here, intensity is moving up so it's gone to 8.75 just in the time it took me to type this entry.
If the heart of a people is too hard to learn about vast corruption in government, they are also too hard to govern themselves. In this case, those without conscience are all too willing to rise up and rule over them. Here we are.

At about 9:30 pm we were hit with a plume containing the following components: Model Cement, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma, Copper, Inflammatory, and Mercury. Yes, the Mercury type is always there. This plume also had the Swamp Water Biologics which was - and is - the strongest component.
Overall intensity of this plume is now 10. It rose to 10 while I was typing this entry.
This is how layering works. Gone are the days of having 1 plume every 2 hours. Now the patterns of poison we experience on the ground are much more complicated. The patterns are more complex and harder for people to recognize. With layering, they can keep pushing up the intensity and even change the composition of the plume over time. And talking about time, they can make plumes last all day stealing your body of the opportunity is needs to recover between exposures.
As I type this, the Model Cement type is becoming the dominant component and is now at 10.

Also, at about 11:15 pm we were hit with a plume of type Burnt Electronics/Fungal. Intensity rose to 8.75 and is at that level now.
The HAARP Hum has been audible at intensity 4 of 5.

I should not surprise anyone that they spray a stimulant at night. Bad sleep is a precursor to many diseases.
