Military is the primary source. Most of the jets spraying here are military. However, according to inside information and whistle blowers, the military is now providing jet fuel for commercial jets. Military-sourced jet fuel is exempt apparently from environmental regulations that require jet fuel to be tested for contaminants. This allows the military to "load" the fuel with whatever substances they want with no regulation or oversight.
This is likely why we now see commercial jets producing chemtrails.
However, it's critical to remember that ONLY military tanker jets produce the tastes and odors in the air, and only military jets produce health symptoms. Commercials do not—and never have—produced these health symptoms. This is critical to remember.
