The connection to ionospheric heating by HAARP, EISCAT and others:

"When you heat the ionosphere - again - you cause compressing air and that compressing air heats - the laws of physics say it musts"

For better understanding:
"Pressure, density, and mass

Atmospheric pressure (or barometric pressure) is a direct result of the weight of the air. It is highest at the Earth's surface and decreases with altitude. This is because air at the surface is compressed by the weight of all the air above it. Air pressure varies with location and time, because the amount (and weight) of air above the Earth varies with location and time.
Atmospheric pressure drops by approximately 50 percent at an altitude of about 5 km. (In other words, about 50 percent of the total atmospheric mass is within the lowest 5 km). The average atmospheric pressure at sea level is about 101.3 kilopascals (about 14.7 pounds per square inch).
The density of air at sea level is about 1.2 kg/m3, and it decreases as altitude increases.
The average mass of the atmosphere is about 5,000 trillion metric tons."

"The HAARP beam is broad like a flashlight’s, not narrow like a laser’s, but it can be electronically steered anywhere within 30° of zenith—that is, local vertical—and it can operate at 3–10 MHz."
Pedersen, Todd
HAARP, the most powerful ionosphere heater on Earth

Thus, if want to create an atmospheric high pressure system beyound 30° of zenith (total 60°) of the range of HAARP you need another ionospheric heater.

"Greatly contributing to fire intensity and volatility due to the fallout of Climate engineering elements (like aluminum and barium) which are incendiaries."

If you are thinking about aluminum you have to keep in mind that aluminum does not have to be incendiary by itself. The hazardous sheet of the government of the state of New Jersey regarding the handling of aluminum shows that nano aluminum powder does not have to be inflammable. ( https://www.nj.gov/health/eoh/rtkweb/documents/fs/2891.pdf )
In the German version about "Aluminum" in Wikipedia it is described that aluminum can be used in thermal contexts:

That way we are learning that aluminum can be produced into different structures - inflammable and non-inflammable.

The key question in the context of the forest fires in the West of U.S. and in British-Columbia is: Why are inflammable structures of aluminum used?

Exactly! Inflammable Structures of aluminum are used because it is politically wished.

Similiar events have taken place in Portugal, Spain and Greece where the firefighter had real problems to get rid of the fires.
