Mainstream Media's Public Announcement of "Geoengineering" Is "Temporal-Shifting" Type Propaganda
Saying, "We're going to do it in the future" induces the public to draw the unspoken conclusion, "We're not doing it now." Propaganda is most effective when the public thinks they are drawing their own conclusions.
One day soon, the wealthy globalist-industrialists will publicly announce their plans to begin geoengineering the world, and they will make sure that the public is well aware of it.
That day has come. Globalist-owned mainstream media are making geoengineering public, so we must ask the question:
Why are they doing this?
The Real Purpose for Mainstream Media Announcing Upcoming Geoengineering
The purpose of publicly announcing upcoming geoengineering is twofold:
Second, it will help convince the public that global warming—now re-marketed as "climate change"—is real.
Solidifying the "Harmless Contrails" Propaganda
By announcing that aerosol spraying will occur in the future, globalists are utilizing a type of propaganda called "Temporal Shifting". It works like this. By announcing that they plan to spray in the future, the public implicitly concludes that they aren't spraying now.
The implied conclusion reached by the public naturally lends credibility to the current globalist propaganda, namely:
"They aren't spraying aerosols now", so the jet trails we now see are: "harmless contrails".
The "Temporal Shifting" propaganda type is simple, but very effective.
Be sure when the "geoengineering" program officially begins, globalist-controlled mainstream media will clearly identify distinctions between current trails and the new "geoengineering" trails. By distinguishing the two, current "contrail" propaganda will become more credible in the public mind.
Solidifying the "Global Warming" Propaganda
The uneducated portion of the public simply cannot believe the government or military industrial complex would go through so much trouble—and spend so much money—just to deceive the public. They cannot accept that an entire, multi-billion-dollar program would be implemented for the sole purpose of selling a lie. As a result, the implied conclusion reached by the public is that global warming must be real.
The uneducated portion of the public must learn that historic crimes against humanity require historic propaganda. They must realize that there is virtually no limit to the depths globalists will go to convince the public that their propaganda is true.
It's also worth noting that military contractors receive enormous amounts of public money to execute spray programs. These contractors are owned by the globalists. In the end, the already-wealthy globalists profit virtually every step of the way.
Failure is Not An Option
The globalists' plan to build a New World Order is a multi-generational conspiracy that has been planned for a very long time. If globalists fail to propagandize the public, their plan for one-world government ("New World Order") will fail and they will likely be executed for crimes against humanity.
For this reason, there is virtually no limit to the depths globalists will go to convince the public that there is no conspiracy. Their success—and their very lives—depend on the success of their propaganda.

A one-world government can only be justified in the public mind once global "problems" are disastrous enough to (appear to) require global regulation. Keep this in mind:
A body with the authority to execute global regulation—along with fines and punishments—is global government.
All of the intentionally-caused problems and disasters create the chaos necessary to facilitate public confusion and infighting. This chaos ultimately results in a demotivated, ignorant, fearful, and apathetic public which permits policies resulting in the transfer of power away from the people and into the hands of government. This intentional, disaster-based environment, gives birth to socialism/communism.
The New World Order is the ultimate expression of socialism/communism and could not exist in the presence of an educated, passionate, courageous public.
Marketing Corruption as Incompetence
Just as a mischievous child avoids punishment by pleading ignorance ("I didn't know") or inability ("there was nothing I could do"), corrupt globalists avoid punishment by marketing incompetence.
This is the reason governments are commonly portrayed by globalist-owned mainstream media as incompetent. Although often true, a shocking quantity of governmental failure is intentional. Globalists mask malicious intent with the appearance of incompetence so they can continue pushing the treasonous path towards the globalists' agenda.
