Decentralized thinking and self-organization is a main trend in the world to lower the decision-making burden of the center.
Her time as a minister taught her how to get around and overcome resistance coming from an organizational restructuring.
If you compare her statements with the problems of realization of Auschwitz it was Adolf Eichmann who organized the annihilation. The comparison lags as the numbers to be eliminated are not comparable. Therefore the organizational trick wealth has to reach the level of hyper wealth. If you have the Georgia Guide Stones in mind as Figueres obviously has the numbers of annihilation are that abstract that Figueres obviously can not imagine the magnitude of this possible future-crime.
