The editor of the 'Critique and Humanism Journal' is 'Human and Social Studies Foundation (HSSF) and claims to be an 'independent non-governmental organization' founded in 1990 as 'Critique and Humanism' as an Association for disseminating scientific knowledge. It was re-registered as HSSF in 2002. Could be an Intel operation... One of the three Editors of the Journal is also a member of COMPACT (Todor Hristov)...
