Part 3 Cells
(U) Histological techniques have been used extensively for evaluating the effects of electromagnetic radiation on cellular systems. Such studies have included
in vivo investigations of the cellular effects resulting from whole body irridation and
in vitro studies employing cell cultures.

Marked changes in the endoplasmatic reticulum and the mitochondria have also been noted. The available data, although still insufficient and inclonclusive, seem to indicate that the magnitude of these effects is frequency dependent.

https://www.zum.de/Faecher/Materialien/beck/11n/bs11-4n.htmTo understand this kind of threat you have to know that genetic material is not only found in DNA but also in RNA which is placed in the mitochondrium - the powerhouse of the cell.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitochondrial_DNA The RNA is coming from the mothers RNA whereas the DNA in the cell nucleus is coming in half from mother and father.
If "marked changes" are induced by electromagnetic frequency into the mitochondrium also the genetic material RNA is effected by these changes.
