Among the biological effects we have to differ between those with an impact to the whole organism and the local force. The Speaker Dr Devra Davis is an internationally recognised expert on electromagnetic radiation from mobile phones and other wireless transmitting devices. She is currently the Visiting Professor of Medicine at the Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School, and Visiting Professor of Medicine at Ondokuz Mayis University, Turkey. Dr Davis was Founding Director of the Center for Environmental Oncology at The University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute — the first institute of its kind in the world, to examine the environmental factors that contribute to the majority of cases of cancer.
In 2007, Dr Devra Davis founded nonprofit Environmental Health Trust to provide basic research and education about environmental health hazards. Dr Davis holds a B.S. in physiological psychology and an M.A. in sociology from the University of Pittsburgh, 1967. Na fase seguinte do estudo, elaborou metodologia inédita, utilizando o geoprocessamento da cidade, para descobrir a que distância das antenas moravam as 4.924 pessoas que morreram no período. “A até 500 metros de distância das antenas, encontrei 81,37% dos casos de óbitos por neoplasias”, conta a pesquisadora, professora do Centro Universitário Izabela Hendrix e da Faculdade de Cięncias Médicas de Minas Gerais.

What is needed is a "biological" orientated mobile phone industry. In other words the mobile phone industry has to find out what electromagnetic wave frequencies and their corresponding structuring are biologically comformable!!!!!!
For biology only the magnetic field is of relevance - except for high voltage. In this last case the electrical resistance of the cell membranes would be overcome being directly effective on the cell. For the magnetic field there is no "magnetic" resistance to be overcome. In other words: the magnetic field of electromagnetic waves ALWAYS effect cells of a resonant wave structure. The resonance of the specific electromagnetic waves with the cell respectively parts of the cell depends on the wavelength and its given modulation and structuring of the specific electromagnetic wave.
