One of Dane Wigingtons line of argument explaining the reasoning of an ecological breakdown is the detection of Ultraviolet-C radiation on the surface.
The reason behind it: The melting of the ozon layer by ionospheric heaters such as HAARP or EISCAT all around the world.
Why should ionospheric heaters destroy the ozone layers? To destroy the constantly increasing uprising methane into the ionosphere released from the tundra and the ocean bottoms.
In other words: The CO²-story is a cover story for an even greater green house gas: methane. Nothing can't be done because of methane by the populations. But: their consciousness is occupied by the CO²-story thinking that it is THEIR fault and THEIR responsibility that the climate is warming up by THEIR activities. To say it straight: CO² is the deception to the real green house gas problem: methane (Minute: 28 Second: 45) With methane you can not earn money. Shall CO²-taxes pay for climate engineering? Without discussing the origins of the real causes of climate warming? Is methane the real source of the self-confidence of David Keith?
In fact, the problem, why UVC is reaching the surface, is the collapsing of the ozone layer.
There is not ONE answer to the collapsing of the ozone layer. The ionospheric shooting by installations like HAARP or EISCAT may be ONE reason of the ozone layer collapse. SRM another one.
And the fluctuation of the earth magnetic field is another one as the ozone layer is blown away by the solar wind when the earth magnetic field is weak. The question is, why is the magnetic field of the earth fluctuating. There are two sources of explanation to that problem.
1. The inner core of the earth 2. Influence from Outer Space
The inner core may be influenced by chemically explained processes happening during the production of the electric generation of the magnetic field within the earth.

The influence to the magnetic field of the earth from Outer Space is coming mainly from the solar wind which itself maybe explained chemically and physically by processes within the sun but also by the constellation of the solar system within the galaxy. DR. ALEXEY N. This means that the heliosphere is depending - similiar to the atmosphere of the earth from the solar wind and the production of magneticism within the earth's core - from its position within the galaxy. If the heliosphere is hit by a hot gas cloud of the galaxy it will be twisted as the atmosphere of the earth is twisted by the solar wind and the weakening of the production of magneticism within the inner core.
In this context it is of interest to ask why there has been so many outer space explorations at all. The Cold War is over. Or why has there been built so many astronomic observatories at always even higher costs? Why is there so much money available for building observatories such as Hubble, not caring who will pay for it eventually? Or remember WISE for example. The typical answer: for scientific reasons. The real answer: Because it is worth it. And why is it worth it?
Of course, it is only worth it for those who can interpret data received during these explorations. The average people are not able to make this job. And there is also a paternalistic moment in this attitude toward the masses: the gouvernemental anxiety of worldwide panic of 7.000.000.000.000 persons as a TV-fiction movie in Germany with name "HARD SUN" (also English) is showing right now. As Hollywood has its political function also Bollywood in India or movie productions in other countries like the one of the ZDF (Public TV) have it, too. Thus, if you have the possibility you may watch this movie in English seeing this fiction of a scenario where secret data is stolen which is telling that the earth may exist only for five further years.
There has been many Hollywood movies as fictions telling the truth between the lines. Maybe "HARD SUN".......
Let's turn to reality again: If DR. ALEXEY N. DMITRIEV is right the heliosphere is just going through a hot gas cloud of the galaxy. And he is guessing that there is maybe no good end to earth and its human civilization.

The 80 years duration of that flip is not that far off because we have a weakening magnetic field of the sun and a hot gas cloud outside the heliosphere pressing on the solar system.

Suddenly, you get advice from public radio and public tv to be careful being outside. Yesterday, the new minister of health Jens Spahn announced by order that every German hospital has to have an emergency station including an intensive care unit with six beds and an emergency medical doctor around the clock. A couple days ago the EU announced a plan for making it mandatory for every EU citizen to have an ID Card with biometric fotos. Macron gives a speech in the European parliament talking all the time about a "sovereign" Europe. And so on and so on. There is actionism underway and it seems that there are a lot of anxieties on the side of the gouvernemental authorities. Not so much on the local level but on the national respectively European level as we have seen it also in Shasta County in the U.S. Do they know something local level authorities don't know?

Unfortunately, the author of this last video does not give a hint where he got from his knowledge of the last statement made in the citation just above.
It would be great if he could give some resource information where to find his findings - he expressed in his statement above - so it can be evaluated for true or not true.

This last scientific paper deals with the question of influence on biological organism by UV-B. As the scientific paper of J. Marvin Herndon, Raymond D. Hoisington and Mark Whiteside above shows we have to deal with UV-C radiation which is nowhere mentioned in the public discourse about threat or no threat.
