I have been emailing and calling daily. I am nearly sure I will have a meeting with her next month in California regarding what the hell really is in jet engine exhaust. I did tell her I represent the group global skywatch though I registered today. She tells me it's mostly water vapor in the exhaust and I have some info put out from the Navy saying its the least bit water vapor and its toxic as hell. I plan on getting the truth, clearly lies are in the air. Here's some emails we shared....

In response to your recent email to me saying,
Dear Scott:
Thank you for writing to me about line-shaped clouds formed by jet aircraft. Your correspondence is important to me, and I welcome the opportunity to respond.
I recognize that many Californians have questions about condensation trails, so-called “contrails” that appear behind jet aircraft engines, or “chemtrails.” I hope to address these questions.
First, neither the United States government nor jet aircraft are releasing chemicals into the atmosphere to manipulate the Earth’s climate. Any claims to the contrary are false and have been debunked repeatedly.
In 2000, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) published an exhaustive study confirming that line-shaped clouds sometimes produced by jet aircraft engine exhaust are composed mainly of water vapor and do not pose significant risks to human health or the environment. Note that the combination of water vapor from spent jet fuel in aircraft engine exhaust and low ambient temperatures that often exist at high altitude in the atmosphere allow for the formation of condensation trails.
As noted by the 2000 study, these condensation trails are composed primarily of water in the form of tiny airborne ice crystals. Depending on conditions in the atmosphere, these condensation trails can expand into visible, larger line-shaped clouds that persist for long periods before dissipating. The prevalence of condensation trails in the sky overhead can be explained by the fact that commercial air travel and airplane traffic have increased dramatically in recent decades. Indeed, the FAA predicts that domestic air travel (and commercial airplane traffic) will “more than double in the next 20 years.” It is also noteworthy that advancements in technology allow airplanes to fly at increasingly higher altitudes over longer distances.
The scientific phenomenon of condensation trails is similar to when you can see your breath when outside during a cold day: the mixture of your hot breath and the cold air forms a tiny cloud of visible water vapor. For additional information on this study, I would encourage you to visit:

I want to ensure you have not forgotten what you have said, for that is the reason I remind you. I am very glad you provided me the answer you have. It was very helpful. I suppose the American Navy must be wrong about what they teach to be in jet aircraft engine exhaust. Take a look.
http://www.navybmr.com/ CHAPTER 4 JET AIRCRAFT FUEL AND FUEL SYSTEMS
Types and Limits of Contamination Acceptable fuel is clean and bright with no visually detected free water. The terms clean and bright have no relation to the natural color of the fuel. Jet fuels are not dyed and vary from clear, water white to straw-yellow in color. Clean means the absence of any cloud, emulsion, visible sediment, or free water. Bright means the fuel has a shiny, sparkling appearance. A cloud, a haze, specks of particulate matter, or entrained water indicates contaminated fuel that cannot be used. Steps must be 4-13 Figure 4-6 — Samples of JP-5 showing unacceptable fuel sample examples. taken to find the source of contamination and correct it.
Figure 4-6 shows unacceptable sample examples. Water in fuels is either fresh or saline and present as dissolved or free water. Dissolved water is water in the fuel NOT visible. Free water is a cloud, emulsion, droplets, or gross amounts in the bottom of the container. Any form of free water can result in icing, corrosion, or malfunctioning of fuel system parts. Saline water will cause corrosion faster than fresh water.
CAUTION
When working around or with jet fuels always wear your proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) due to the following hazards; Slight to Moderate Irritant, Effects Central Nervous System Harmful or Fatal If Swallowed, Moderate fire hazard. Avoid breathing vapors or mists. May cause dizziness and drowsiness. May cause eye irritation and skin irritation (rash). Long-term, repeated exposure may cause skin cancer.

We both know the EPA, NASA, FAA, & NOAA have exhausted time, taxpayer money on an investigation that has results which are physically impossible. Here's a line from, by David Cenciotti and the link for your ease,

In the last years I watched the proliferation of pictures showing aircraft flying at high altitudes followed by the characteristic white trails (I discussed this ...
HIgh or low atmosphere it's possible for these condensation trails to occur. You said, "scientific phenomenon of condensation trails is similar to when you can see your breath during a cold day," and thats a good point. I have noticed that, but I am at 200 feet elevation and after a 10 mile jog up, Mt Rubidoux on my way down my breath is not condensated still visible for me to see.
There is a great deal of misinformation on this subject and its starting with the sources you provided. If not then you are saying that the US Navy is providing our soldiers with false intel. Either way they are booth being paid for by billions of Americans and we don't want to pay for lies. How can you still use research thats 20 years old to answer this phenomenon today with such confidence?
I thought it was so sweet how you signed the letter you just sent to me, "Sincerely Yours" and seeing as you're mine I would love to discuss this issue in person. Let's sit together as Americans and help one another understand the reality of the situation. Call me anytime, Dianne Feinstein to schedule a sit down 1(951) 533-4550. I'm not a fan of social media so it's not possible follow you on the countless links you provided for me. I am looking forward to seeing you soon.
With endless love,
