10/06/2017 'Silverton,Oregon' continues to experience onslot of misc. aerial chemicals being sprayed almost daily above populous,includeing 'Certified Wildlife Habitat' (N.W.F.)...This spring birds dive-bombed our windows relentlessly as though they wanted to seek refuge from within our home. We can better report @ this time as to why; Not only were the seasons broken thus the food sources were largely unavaible but even though we hung birdhouses, they're young did not survive...With the hot & cold fluctuation in weather the offspring could not survive all the adversity in culmination with >'GEOENGINEERING'...'I have recently devoted a lot of time trying to launch a 'Federal complaint'...I have written: 'WHITE HOUSE PETITIONS'> SEVERAL TIMES~!!! 'I tried to find a substantial avenue last year after attending one of my reps.(TOWN HALLS) whereas I met a woman; was given her card & even though I made numerous calls/filed lengthly complaints to no avail... I even tried the FAAs, National Guard/Travis AirForce base & more... Well, this is happening again... The> EPAs/State & County> 'HEALTH DEPT's' indicate to me over the telephone (THEY> HUNG UP)... 'JUST WHOs RESPONSIBILITY is it to care about the pple in the USA from being poisoned by Air, Food, & now Drugs that require 'CONSENT' & many pple cannot tolerate them as it can lead to death~! The documentation I have, indicates that the ST.. of OREGON has been under whats known as experimentation since 2014 pervasively, throughout the State. When so many pple are ((DEMONSTRATING SOCIOLOGICAL ISSUES)) and I have been reading that there is a metal known as "LITHIUM" being used within the dispersion of Chemtrails or: respectively referred to as 'GEOENGINEERING'...'I would expect the GOVERNMENT would be all over this one'~! "LITHIUM" is the softests metal on earth/not found in a natural state...However it is in the family of psychotropic meds. It is commonly used as a mood: mind altering drug... It is also a spontaneous combustable. When Employed in 'GEOENGINEERING', within the substrate it is utilized artificially for it's conductive ability within the skys. Nexrad spikes this agent to a highly reactive electromagnetism which occurs as(created by frequency)... Such as in ramping up the winds in hurricanes. Direction of choice along the jet stream. Hi-pressure winds & many other alternative applications associated with (DISASTER CAPITALISM) which has become a very competitive/lucrative business that pays generous commoditys. Metals such as "LITHIUM" can generate heat vrses cold by the conductivity employed to the metal of choice...BUT THIS ONE is TARGETED @ BEHAVIOR & FIRES~!
