"Das Vertuschungssystem der Chemtrail-Gläubigen"
The coverup system of the chemtrail believers (Translated by Denglisch)
http://www.chemtrail-fragen.de/index.php?frage=paradox

Example:

Space Balloon - GoPro filmt aus der Stratosphäre

"just a fast (rapidly cobbled together) example how one could approach the matter:
On YouTube there is a multi-part tutorial about how it works.

A fast overview gives also the FAQ at Stratoflights. ( https://www.stratoflights.com/tutorial/faq/ )
With a burst calculator ( http://habhub.org/calc/ ) you state what you need.
Payload 1000 g + tear hight 15.000 m may be enough for the purpose.
Search a balloon.
For our purposes a 200one may be enough, Costs: € 20,00, if you use high values for the conversion.
You need 1780 l for the balloon, unfortunately, we have to take the big bottle gas with 9.100 l.
But this has the advantage that you may send up several balloons to compare them each other.
Costs: 341,72 €
In a pinch it suffice an USB vaccum cleaner for about € 4,90 + a HEPA-Filter for about € 19,99 and a rechargeable battery for € 9,90.
If you want to have it more profound you may, of course, use a passive or active particle collector.
To find the balloon we use a GPS tracker for about EUR 69,95.
Added to this a carton, a line, duct tape etc. and be done with it
Now, we are at € 500,00 whereas - as we have seen with the example "A trip to the edge to outer space for about € 100" - it is possible to get a lot more unexpensive. Adding the lab test - but the chemtrail believers have already experience with that. Additionally, one ought to talk with the personal liability insurance to cover possible insurance case.

For example the 'Verein zum Schutz der Lebensqualität in Flörsheim e.V.' is acting very professionally and uses the DustTrak™ DRX-Aerosolmonitor ( http://www.tsi.com/uploadedFiles/_S...s/8533-8534-DustTrak_DRX-6001898-web.pdf ) which might be sent up with the balloon. But as a basic we see in what dimensions we are moving - here are costs of under € 500,00. But an allegedly so big citizens' initiative 'Sauberer Himmel' and the allegedly so many chemtrail believers don't get the money together?

'Mission to sky' ( http://www.mission-to-sky.de ) is showing, that in 2004, when the chemtrail fairy tales just came up here, even pupils have started weather balloon projects - it was even then possible.

And that way the chemtrail believers could have peeked right at the beginning of the fairy tales in the German-speaking area what there is in the sky - before they started to mourn therefore. But even - also today, over ten year later - they have not achieved it yet to rise even only one balloon." (Translated by Denglisch)
