"§ 81 High Treason against the Federal Government

(1) Who is undertaking, with violence or by threatening with violence
1. to impair the existence of the Federal Republic of Germany or
2. to change the constitutional order of the "basic law" (Grundgesetz) of the Federal Republic of Germany

will be punished with lifelong custodial sentence not under ten years.

(2) In minor hard cases the penalty of custodial sentence is between one year up to ten years." (Translation by Denglisch)

If you put the term "Conspiracy" in connection with the real meaning within the judicial context, a "Conspiracy Theorist" is a contradiction in itself. Because according to the above definition of being a "Conspirator" you are not allowed just to theorize as a "Conspirator". As a real "Conspirator" in the judicial sense you have to "threaten" to do real actions or act in a certain manner. If you don't do one of these two conducts you are not a "Conspirator" at all. At least not for the reason of "High Treason". Thus persons who suspect that there are "conspiracies" are not subject of the law at all. And "Conspirators" themselves have to "threaten" at least to be subject of the law. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intimidation )

A mere theorist of conspiracies - as he is an observer - has no problems with the penal code at all. To the contrary the conspiracy theorist is the guardian of the law. This quality of the conspiracy theorist is even more valuable as factual conspirators in the sense of the penal code are awaiting such a long custodial sentence. The conspiracy theorist gives only the hint other people are no able to give or don't want to give.
If this is so one has to ask oneself why there is such a trouble around the creative language regime of "Conspiracy theory".
For obvious reasons informal groups like the "European Round Table" are scheming something. And obviously this something has in fact the judicial quality of a "Conspiracy" as they try to hide their "informal" activities. As "conspiracies" are usually handled in secrecy the public denial of the existence of "conspiracies" creates suspicion.

There is a refusal to discuss the stripes in the sky public.

These stripes may be explained differently from how these stripes are explained by the sky observers. But(!) they are ignored at all. They are not even subject of discussion. This is suspicious.

And in fact these stripes are violent because of their content in nano size although they don't appear violent at the first glimpse at all. Thus the creators of such stripes are subject of the law above. The insurance industry refuse to give coverage on contexts with nano materials.

What would you do if you would be subject to this law?
