The reason why this is interesting is that on the one hand it is recognized that "Truthers" are seeking for truth and those who mean to have found the "truth" call these who are dissatisfied with the found truth by those "Truthers". Therefore, there is a recognition by those that their found "truth" has not yet been completely truthful. On the other hand the term "truther" is not used in a way to find together the complete "truth" but in a devaluating psychiatrizing way.

Also, the oligarchic structure within the media economy reflects itself in an oligarchic "main stream". Often, newspapers are nowadays only brands which profit from the aura of the past. For example one editorial staff manages many newspapers from different regions as the sell-out of the newspapers of the Springer Verlag to the Funke group has shown. The answer to this development is the ideological sale of deviating opinions as "right wing"-opinion knowing that the term "right" is under the natural reserve of the state because of the German past.
The strategy to brand deviating opinions as "right" is the same as to psychiatrize people who have deviating opinions.
The goal of such strategies is the exclusion of opinions and people to enforce the "own" opinion.
Anti-trust regulations work less and less as the concentration process within the economy goes on.
"Deviating opinions" are selected by the oligarchic structures themselves to deceive the audience that there are different opinions on the market.
The rest will be labeled as "extreme" for the exclusion of unwished explanations of circumstances. In reality, nobody wants to be labeled as "extreme" - especially in times of tensions.
