Houston, Texas, Chemtrail Dissipation Chemical Effects
This was taken from a "news" story claiming this "canal cloud" is caused by a jet flying through a cloud. In reality, this is a propagandic lie used to explain away this anomaly of ongoing aerosol-injection programs.
We have witnessed the formation of these structures when non-persistent (short) chemtrail-aerosols are released above existing cloud cover or a previous layer of aerosols. The aerosol-dissipation additive descends and dissipates the cloud layer below. In this case, there is insufficient dissipation-additive to dissolve the entire cloud, so the result is the "canal cloud" structure that you see.
