Obama Breaks AZ Law Refuses to Deport Illegals

ALERT:Obama's has not stopped assistant secretary of homeland security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement John Morton from saying his agency will not necessarily process illegal immigrants referred to them by Arizona authorities and "I don't think the Arizona law, or laws like it, are the solution."

Has anyone in the Obama administration read the AZ law? Remember it is based on federal law. Governor Jan Brewer's office has put out a video to help called Arizona Sing-A-Long: Read Immigration Law!

Illegal is as Illegal does. Is Morton stupid enough to be saying that if you do not like a law you do not have to follow it? Is the Obama administration justifying the breaking of federal immigration law to let criminals enter the U.S. and walk around your city? Obama appears to be "nullifying existing law" and Morton should be fired if he fails to enforce federal immigration law.

Fox News reports that Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-AL said that, "If he (Morton) feels he cannot enforce the law, he shouldn't have the job," and "That makes him, in my view, not fulfilling the responsibilities of his office."

Sessions said the U.S. government has "systematically failed" to enforce federal immigration law and claimed Morton's statement is an indication that federal officials do not plan on working with Arizona authorities regarding its controversial law as reported by Fox News.

Fox News said Sessions continued, "They're telegraphing to every ICE agency in America that they really don't intend on cooperating with Arizona,"... "The federal government should step up and do it. It's their responsibility."

The Obama, Holder, Janet Napolitano and other lawyers and politicians in the White House respond and:

  • Threaten to sue the State of Arizona
  • Race pander for Hispanic Votes
Being in the U.S illegally is already a crime and checking ID's is sensible?

OF COURSE it is -- but the federal government has FAILED in its duty to put a STOP to the illegal immigration INVASION at our southern border; so, the people of Arizona have "stepped up to the plate" and done it themselves!

Even though this is a law that EVERY STATE IN AMERICA SHOULD PASS, Arizona is coming under attack by the forces we've fought so many times before: the pro-illegal immigration lobby. Now Obama and his White House are breaking the AZ law and are refusing to protect American communities. The Obama government is failing on border security.

Simply put, the new Arizona law will make it a crime under State law to be in the country illegally. It would also require local police officers to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are illegal immigrants. Other provisions of the bill allow lawsuits against government agencies that hinder enforcement of immigration laws, and make it illegal to hire illegal immigrants for day labor or knowingly transport them. As Gov. Brewer said when signing the law, this "protects every Arizona citizen," and she said the state MUST act because the federal government has FAILED.

"We in Arizona have been more than patient waiting for Washington to act," Brewer said after signing the law. "But decades of inaction and misguided policy have created a dangerous and unacceptable situation."

EXACTLY. Arizona alone spends $3 billion a year to educate, medicate and incarcerate illegal aliens. But, as has happened with every other State facing this invasion, the federal government has done NOTHING to stop the flow of illegals from the south.

Of course, the response from Barack Hussein Obama and his liberal cronies in Congress was exactly as expected: cries of "racism" and "profiling," instead of listening to the voices of the American people DEMANDING they enforce the laws that are already on the books. In fact, numerous polls show a HUGE majority of public support for this new law, and many polls conducted over the last few years show that 81% of Americans believe that "local and state police should help federal authorities enforce laws against illegal immigration" -- 81 percent!

But despite all of this, supporters of illegal immigration are trying to REVERSE Arizona's law, STOP Congress from enforcing existing laws, and PREVENT any other State from passing a law like Arizona's -- and that means WE have to take action NOW!
