Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Volker Wulfmeyer

It's a little bit strange that Wulfmeyer talks about Elephant jokes instead of using his expertise to refute the utility of hygroscopic seeding. The public expects of him that he - as a state employee - is his taxpayer money worth. He has not to go the United Arab Emirates to disprove the usefulness of cloud seeding. He may go straight to Rosenheim, Bavaria to make his researches: http://globalskywatch.com/chemtrails/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=10067#Post10067

And there are colleagues in South Africa with whom Wulfmeyer may discuss the Elephant Jokes: http://globalskywatch.com/chemtrails/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=14871#Post14871 (University of the Orange Free State:radar-detected differences between the seeded and control storms )

In Zimbabwe, there is the conviction that cloud-seeding pays for itself:
"Nevertheless, indications are that cloud-seeding operations more than pay for themselves, although not to the extent that all possible doubt can be excluded."

But this all doesn't matter as the Arabs are in vogue - at the moment.
