You talk of a "structure" like it is of another world, not from around here and like it is something that created itself
out of nowhere... This sructure you talk about is exactly the people I talk about being imprisoned for life for Crimes against Humanity. There is no structure here or anywhere.... there only people acting against the Law and Ethics of Life
itself.
"Only to put people in jail does not change anything as they are only representatives of the structure which will be replaced as fast as the old ones would have gone into jail."
You sound like the banksters saying "we are too big to fail"....
You have probably this impression because your emphasis is to put people to jail.
My emphasis is to think about the reasons. For me, human weaknesses are only one part of the problem.
This part of the problem you can solve by putting people into jail.
I go one step further and I ask myself if there are maybe problemsolving strategies to prevent a repetition of such a conduct.
My experience is that your decisions have projections into your environment. But vice versa your environment reprojects back onto you. I call this interdependency a structure.
For me, it is dissatisfying just to put people to jail.
If you shatter the mafia by putting them to jail this won't mean that there won't come another mafia.
This doesn't mean that the mafia has not to go to jail.
