We have seen many artifacts of malfunctioning spray equipment. In this video, a pump or valve is oscillating causing a pulsing pattern in the emitted aerosols. If this artifact was caused by an intermittent fuel supply (as will be claimed by professional disinformants paid for by your tax dollars), the engine would have been shut down in seconds to avoid catastrophic failure.
