I really think this is a new phenomenon resulting from aerosol spraying in the atmosphere.
I am worried about something I keep seeing of late that has me wondering about the land applications of aerosol spraying by the creation of concentrated fog and or cloud cover that may implement a desired effect that actually comes from the ground up.
In a video Terra Cloud formations that I posted on Youtube, I explain what I have been seeing, but have not thought hard about possible applications, if in fact what I see is in fact what I think is happening. I hope you can help me on this.
