National Weather Modification Policy Act of 1976

With 2-decades of research already accomplished, the U.S. Congress decided to make a law proclaiming weather control as a national policy.

Remember, this is how it works. They do what they want, then they get "permission" later. This is what they are doing with the current ongoing spray programs. They spray now, and the laws protecting them from taking responsibility for the damage done will come later.
