As it relates to the Paris Summit about the Climate it is of political relevance what the content of this e-mail connotes. It connotes that mankind is able to influence the release of methane.
The Climate summit in Paris is about CO². This is a different kind of gas compared to methane.
It connotes further that influencing the amount of exhaust of CO² which is a whole different subject would also influence the release of methane. This is the main message sent by AVAAZ, as the e-mail is signed by the AVAAZ-Founder Ricken Patel.
As it is not proven that the gas CO² influences the world temperature at all there can't be made a connection between the release of methane and the amount of CO².
The founder of the CO²-Thesis said it himself before his death.
In reality, the earth magnetic field - besides the cosmic radiation from Sun and the rest cosmos - influences the amount of particles entering the atmosphere. As the earth magnetic field is weakening it is logical that more particles from outer space are entering the inner part of the atmosphere and warm up the whole atmosphere.
Unfortunately, Ricken Patel does not relate to any specific "scientist" in his e-mail. He avoids that way to make any specific person or only group to make accountable to such statements as done by Ricken Patel. That way Patel refuses to discuss such statements resiliently.
In other words, his e-mail is just a campaign element to push an ideology which is not founded by facts.
The campaign is about technology-change in quotidian life and does not have to do with a real threat. This campaign is a hedge for the investment of big companies.
If the methane bubbles are becoming a real threat - depending on the amount - they will be taken care by atmospheric geoengineering.
Although atmospheric geoengineering is already going on it is not for those reasons. If the already going-on atmospheric geoengineering could be done on credible facts it would have been easier to make the atmospheric geoengineering "OFFICIAL".
Till now, it is easier to cover the story up.
