GALANTE. - Al Ministro della difesa, al Ministro della salute. - Per sapere - premesso che:

da almeno 5 anni lo spazio aereo italiano è solcato da aviogetti militari che rilasciano scie chimiche molto diverse dalle normali scie di condensazione liberate dagli aerei civili. Queste, infatti, permangono a lungo in atmosfera e, anziché disperdersi, tendono ad allargarsi in una massa gelatinosa, tanto da trasformare ampie sezioni di cielo limpido in un uniforme ammasso nuvoloso e stratiforme di colore lattiginoso;

tali scie vengono rilasciate, in genere, da 2 o più aviogetti che seguono rotte non consuete a basse quote e che, incrociandosi, formano figure geometriche, in genere delle ics, dei triangoli o vere e proprie griglie;

sono inoltre pervenute numerose segnalazioni da parte di singoli cittadini i quali, avendo fatto ingrandimenti dei filmati e delle foto scattate, affermano che gli aerei in questione sarebbero privi di contrassegni e che le scie verrebbero emesse da uno o due erogatori posti, di volta in volta, in punti diversi del veivolo;

la stessa Associazione piloti civili ha notato il fenomeno delle scie anomale e chiesto informazioni in merito;

sembrerebbe che le scie contengano anche cristalli di bario e forse di alluminio -:

se tali fenomeni siano stati presi in considerazione dal Governo;

se gli aviogetti siano di nazionalità italiana o straniera;

se sia accertato quali elementi chimici contengano realmente tali scie, e se siano dannose per la salute. (4-12711)"

these trails are released, in general, from 2 or more jets which follow routes not usual at low altitudes and that, crossing, forming geometrical figures, generally of ics, triangles or real grids;

there have also been numerous reports of individuals who, having made enlargements movies and photos taken, say that the planes in question were unmarked and that the trails would be issued by one or two providers places, from time to time , at different points of veivolo;

the same association civilian pilots noticed the phenomenon of contrails abnormal and asked information about;

it would seem that the wakes also contain crystals of barium and possibly aluminum -:

if these phenomena have been taken into consideration by the Government;

if jets are Italian or foreign;
