RUZZANTE e SANDI. - Al Ministro dell'ambiente e della tutela del territorio, al Ministro delle infrastrutture e dei trasporti, al Ministro della salute, al Ministro della difesa. - Per sapere - premesso che:
sono rilevabili a quote diverse nel nostro spazio aereo scie persistenti di natura non determinata, denominate dagli organi di stampa e da associazioni specializzate con il termine di chemtrails;
sulla base di osservazioni dirette riportate anche dagli organi di stampa l'evoluzione di tali scie determinerebbe anche cambiamenti nelle condizioni del cielo con la formazione di strati nuvolosi o di piccoli nembi;
non appare univocamente definita la natura e l'origine di tali scie dove comunque sono rivelabili tracce di silicio e metalli di altra natura con la possibilità di produrre effetti sui sistemi di comunicazione e controllo a fini militari e di difesa;
secondo ricerche condotte da vari soggetti privati non sono da escludere pericoli per l'ambiente e conseguenze sulla stessa salute delle persone;
la presenza delle scie chimiche e la loro concentrazione appare inoltre significatamene correlata all'intensificazione del traffico aereo con valori più elevati in prossimità dei grandi aeroporti -:
se il fenomeno sia oggetto di rilevazione o di studio, per la parte di competenza di ciascun dicastero direttamente o attraverso ricerche affidate a soggetti specializzati;
se siano già in possesso dei dicasteri interessati, ciascuno per la parte di competenza, dati o ipotesi che possono in qualche modo far luce sul fenomeno;
