Controlling Rainfall and Steering Hurricanes: Weaponized Weather Developed Before the 60s
The technology to steer hurricanes and to dramatically reduce their wind velocity was developed in the mid 1960's. The science of controlling weather has advanced dramatically since then. Weather modification programs were moved into the realm of military secrecy in the early 1970's.
So why are we still experiencing epic hurricanes and severe weather damage? Is it intentional?
CIA Reports Reveal Weather Modification Program Exists and is Hidden From Public
Fact Checkers are Liars
The entire world system is controlled by a single group of people who have created a system of lies for the purpose of concealing the technology they possess. They want to conceal this technology so they can use this technology to create disasters and blame these disasters on God or "mother nature".
In perhaps the greatest irony in human history, the world will be feared into accepting global government under the guise of solving the very disasters being intentionally created by those ruling global government.
This is why they don't want you to know that they already possess such advanced technology.
Following is a message that appeared on my Facebook feed November 26th, 2024.
Owning The Weather
It's worth mentioning that the popular document entitled "Owning the Weather by 2025" is nothing more than crafty disinformation designed to convince the public that weather control is not yet possible. The longer the public believes that weather control isn't possible, the longer they can cause artificial - and extremely profitable - weather-based destruction and get away with it.

"The wary politician submits to the subtle pressures from the President's scientific advisor. He will listen to the far-out plans of a decorated weather controller during the Vietnam war. Dr. Lively's condition for bringing an end to the drought in the Western States is to have an unprecedented Federal License to make rain. The primary purpose of the permit to stop the drought is to shield his secret plans to control the devastation of an object from outer space when it collides with the earth. For the first time in 65 million years the earth is at imminent risk of total annihilation. Can a timely plan be developed to contain the devastating effects of the asteroid after it collides with the earth?
Considering his chances for reelection unless he begins an effort to relieve the drought, the senator weighs his options. After heated discussions he agrees that the renowned scientists who predicted this event for more than seven centuries must be taken seriously.
