"Enclosed is a proposal from Mark Heggli (Innovative Hydrology) to perform the system evaluation discussed above. His cost is $5,500. Mr. Heggli is both a meteorologist and hydrologist whose firm has the capabilities of providing telecommunication design/installation services, hydrologic and meteorologic data collection, and hydrologic studies. He was previously employed by DWR. Since 2004, as Innovative Hydrology, he has been working on flood warning, water quality, water supply, and water management projects around the world in Australia, Romania, Canada, Bulgaria, Croatia, Mexico, Columbia, Cyprus, Rwanda, Morocco, the Phillipines, and India. The requested action is: 'I move acceptance of the proposal from Innovative Hydrology to perform an evaluation and review of the Agency’s hydrologic information system at a cost not to exceed $5,500, and authorize the General Manager to execute a standard consulting-services agreement with Innovative Hydrology for said work.'
