Weather control technology began development in the 50's. In the 70's articles were published bragging about the ability of the U.S. military to control virtually every aspect of weather, and even their ability to steer and dismantle hurricanes.
Today, this technology is fully implemented, but the public remains uninformed so those who control this technology can profit from it's use without public scrutiny.
Years ago, a document "surfaced" called Owning the Weather by 2025. This documented is simply a piece of disinformation designed to convince the public that weather control technology is being develop now, but is not yet implemented.
