You go on "Reply"
Then you go on "File Manager"
Then you go on "Select File"
Then you browse in your own directories in your computer or sticks and look to the place where you have saved the picture.
Then you go with the cursor on the file and push the left button of your mouse
Then you go back to the level of the "File Manager" of Global Skywatch and put the cursor on the button "Add" and push the left button on your mouse
Then you wait until your file is downloaded to Global Skywatch
If your downloading is finished you go with the cursor on the button of "Done adding files" and push the button of your mouse on this software button on the screen.
Before you can "Submit" the picture you have to write something in the top line and in the post form itself.
Then you "Submit"
