One of the anti-Chemtrail-Websites is the link above. In this context they deny the credibility of the data collected by "Sauberer Himmel". In the following there is a discussion about the arguments used by the Anti-Chemtrail-Website "Chemtrails Fairy Tales for adults" and the "Galactic Stupideration": First Original in German, afterwards English-Translation. At the end of the text there is a letter of the German Federal Agency for the Environment (Umweltbundesamt) which maybe translated at a later time.

Of course, drinking water has a different content than just ground water. Potable water is the treated version of ground water.
Nevertheless, if the raw material - in that case the ground water - is getting hit by a changing environment, the drinking water is getting hit, too. The treatment of the ground water to potable water is getting more difficult and also more expensive. In this context the fallout of the chemtrails causes a rise in price. If one does not look to the topic of chemtrail fallout and only to the proven environmental changes by the agricultural industry which is just dumping liquid manure on the soils only this occurrence for itself is causing a burden to the ground water which can not be filtered anymore by common filter equipment. One has to change to osmosis water to be sure not to take nitrates or nitrites with the drinking water. The problem of medical drugs released by the sewage into the ground is adding to this problem. What, if the nanosize compounds of Aluminum and Barium get into the ground water and into the usual drinking water?
Nanosized materials conduct differently compared to the same materials in a non-nanosize manner.
In that way one material is not the same material as it is nanosized.

Unfortunately, to the critical observer these arguments by "Chemtrails Fairy Tales for adults" don't catch. What does it say if on earth common elements are occuring commonly on earth? Nothing!
Mankind has already manipulated and engineered so many different elements that mankind has also the experience of failing by the wrong combination of methods and working materials.
What is missing on the side of the so called "debunkers" is the behavior of taking the worries of the fact seeker seriously. The role of the "debunkers" is not very convincing because they don't deliver convincing arguments.
One of the biggest worries is the fact that the trails in the sky are longlasting although in the altitude of these trails are rarely atmospheric conditions that the exhausts of the jet engines would stay there because of the low humidity and the temperature in this air space.
If the area is not reachable for investigation chemtrail fact seekers are forced to look to other ways for investigation of these circumstances.

These are platitudes. There is nothing concrete in the arguments.
Fireworks (Barium) don't happen that much. Within the argument of vulcanic eruptions no analysis of past vulcanic eruptions are shown on the website to get an impression how to evaluate these finding within the chemtrail debate. There is no chance given by the website to reflect the argument given by the website. The argument of pollutants by industry and traffic were taken in account by "Sauberer Himmel". Nevertheless, "Chemtrails Fairy Tales for Adults" ( http://chemtrail-fragen.de/?frage=messwerte )refers to another so called "Debunk"-Website ( http://galaktische-bloederation.blogspot.de/2012/04/ein-paar-anmerkungen-zu-meldungen-der.html ) with the name "Galaktische Blöderation" which is a word play referring to "Star Wars" oder "Enterprise" an so on. In the later the spaceship is travelling in the name of "Federation". And the word "Blöd" means "Stupid".
Also, this "Galaktische Blöderation" is making fun about the argument that Barium found in the air has its origins by the chemtrails:

And this question are we facing up to ourselves as our (Notation: "Galaktische Blöderation" means obviously the rain water probes of "Sauberer Himmel") latest rain water probes feature the following results for Barium:

Maybe this argument by "Galaktische Blöderation" is consisting. Maybe not.
What is lacking within the argument of "Galaktische Blöderation" is the missing link of the probes to exactly this mine "Clara". The fingerprint of the mine "Clara" within the material of the probe can not be shown by "Galaktische Blöderation". They also can not show the link to the mine "Clara" because "Galaktische Blöderation" are not owner of the probe as they indicate it in the text above. But they may lend the probe or pay a further study of the structure of the probe to get more knowledge about the origin of the material of the probe of Gengenbach before they claim a link between the mine "Clara" and barium found in the probe. Of course, "Galaktische Blöderation" may do its own studies with rain water in Gengenbach to get further knowledge about barium found in the rain water of Gengenbach. Maybe, there are days without barium at all. Who knows?
This claim of the author of "Galaktische Blöderation" - that the probe of Gengenbach has a content of Barium originating from the mine "Clara" - does not explain the high values of barium in other probes from other locations shown by the website "Sauberer Himmel". Probably the representativity could be better but the opinion opponents don't deliver at all.
Connecting the dots to the situation in the U.S.: If Barium is not found in the rain water within the state of Michigan and ABC shows a test result with the proof of the missing barium within a rain water probe taken in Michigan and connects this test result with Prof. Joyce Penner of the University of Michigan ( http://globalskywatch.com/chemtrails/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=7063#Post7063 ) it shows only that at that time at that location the rain contained no Barium. Also, there could have been done different tests on different days waiting for a test result with no Barium in the probe at all. Just for the publication of this kind of test result. The presence of Prof. Joyce Penner would not change anything on the scientific necessity of study. The academic aura of Prof. Joyce Penner is only thin scientific air.
But if you collect probes from different places at the same time and connect it to the weather theater one may constrain the origins of a found material although it would be still much easier to take off with an airplane directly into the longlasting trails in the sky for studying them inside and testing the humidity and air temperature in that airspace. But this is a matter of administrative permit and availability of money.
The action group "Sauberer Himmel" did its best with only limited resources.
After presenting its own opinion about the test result of Gengenbach "Galaktische Blöderation" does not dispute at all about the other test result represented by "Sauberer Himmel". "Galaktische Blöderation" ignores them obviously with the opinion that a controversial opinion about just one test result would be a scientific dispute.
At least, "Galaktische Blöderation" gives a hint of how public administration is working with environmental questions: Little.
As in the eighties the "Waldsterben" (dying of the forest) there was a hype about this topic in the media in Germany. As a result of this occurrence there are test stations for the air content of sulfur and other pollutants harmful to the growth of trees all over the place . Also, some heavy metals are metered regularly in the air. What is missing: Barium and Aluminum. There is only a EU-directive ( which is ruled by the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Council )for endangered waters which dictate to the single member countries the metering of dangerous elements. The metering value for aluminum is 1000 mg/L and above. It was found twice in the Ruhr-area in connection with industrial fallows. Consistently, there is no legal regulation to measure such a content in the air - according to the letter of the Federal agency for the environment (Umweltbundesamt). The regulation of the air measurement is ruled by a Geneva Convention. And because there is no legal regulation to measure dangerous elements in the air - except for those which are regulated - the Federal agency for the environment (Umweltbundesamt) does not have to care about them. This situation remembers to the situation in Switzerland (Canton Schwyz: Agency for the environment (Amt für Umweltschutz), Department of Domestic Affairs (Departement des Innern) http://globalskywatch.com/chemtrails/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=12171#Post12171 ), where Mr. Zumstein looked for another job outside the public administration.
About ten years ago there was a hype in the media around the topic of "Feinstaub" (fine dust). This topic was lanced by the EU. Afterwards, the metering of fine dust particles of the size of 10PM was started. This year in the German federal state of Hessen the metering of fine particles of a size of 2.5PM was started as it was supposed to be also in the U.S. State of California. This means that fine dust below the size of 10PM respectively the size of 2.5PM administratively does exist at all: It can not be measured. And what this also means is that you don't know anything about the elements of which the fine dust consists of as long as it is not in the list of elements which have to be tested by the law.
In that way it depends on the content of the media what kind of test procedure gets into law. If the opinion cartel says there is no problem with an element then there is no problem! And in that way the representatives of the parliament with another opinion in that matter get excluded from the opinion shaping process within the political class.
This is not science: this is politics and has nothing to do with reality. Reality is proven by science. Reality of the media is shaped by hypnosis. This is meaningful in the sense as a technocratical society refers to the appliance of science for its legitimacy but is not applying it within the political decision-making process.
This latter kind of reality shaping is applied by the "Galaktische Blöderation" with the purpose of distraction from the core of the topic of "chemtrails". If "Galaktische Blöderation" would argue seriously they would try to take apart the whole topic step by steb. But this is not the intention at all. Why? Because they can not take it apart. Because of this reason they try to disturb the discussion instead of discussing by content.
Interestingly the ways of arguing of "Galaktische Blöderation" and "Chemtrails Fairy Tales for Adults" is similiar to the one in the letter of the German Federal agency for the environment (Umweltbundesamt). Of course, the letter of the agency (look to the second attachment) has more content than the argumentation of the anti-websites. The letter of the Agency denies the resilience of the data presented by "Sauberer Himmel" without suggesting what features the data must have. Unfortunately, they don't present any own data about aluminum and barium found in the air and rain water. Only these countries can deliver data about the content of aluminum in the air as every country has its own "implementation". Finland, Ireland and Iceland are at the edge of Europe. No one knows officially what is going on in the center of Europe. If the spraying starts along with the weather theater caused by the jet stream above the atlantic in the troposphere at an altitude of 9000 m there won't be any registration of aluminum within rain water probes taken by the Irish authorities on the ground.
