Dear Mr. Zumstein,

as I have received the news about the fire in the Ukranian weapons depots and the determined (Notation: http://www.abc.net.au/news/2004-05-08/five-dead-in-huge-ukraine-arms-depot-blaze/1972460 ) and the determined residues of aluminum and barium in the lakes of the Swiss canton of Schwyz by the agency for the environment with a couple days of delay I write to you with some extremely urgent hints.

I have been researching about a topic for about two years as an independent journalist which is little known to a broader public: The creeping contamination of the air, the soil as well as the groundwater with residues of aluminum as well as barium. Researches in the U.S. as well as in Switzerland and in Germany show results that this aluminum and barium is being added to the jet fuel according to the so called 'Welsbach-Patent' (1991; look to the text of the patent in the news article, attachment). Herebywith, it is a matter of the so called phenomenon of 'Chemtrails'.

In January 2004 the scientific journal 'Raum + Zeit' (D-82515 Wolfratshausen) published my article 'Die Zerstörung des Himmels' (Notation: 'The destruction of the sky') (look to the attachment) in a first circulation of 23.000 copies. The interest of the public was in such a way big that several postprints followed, and a special edition appeared. This is explained thereby that the observations by the people cover widely the arguments within the article.

At the moment we, a big group of worried citizens, are in continuous contact with Greenpeace in Hamburg, whose board has introduced a scientific clarification of the issue plus with the 'Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR)' (Notation: Westgerman Public Radio and TV-Stations) in Cologne, which TV-magazine-series 'Monitor' is preparing a TV-documentation to the topic. The in Germany publishing 'Green Peace Magazin' will feature an article about Chemtrails in its next issue.

In the attachment you receive furthermore a statement by Monika Griefahn (Greenpeace board 1984-1990; Minister for the environment between 1990-1998), who has confirmed the spraying of aluminum and barium ( http://www.chemtrails.ch/briefe/briefgreifahn.htm ) because of climate modification with date of July 8th 2004.

I beg you as the head of the agency for the environment of the canton Schwyz to let audit implicitly if there could not be a connection between your chemical analysis - therefore the big amounts of detected aluminum respectively barium - and the classified spraying of our atmosphere with weather modifying nano metal particles. Probably, it would be very revealing to initiate comparative studies with Swiss lakes, which were provenly not touched by the Ukranian precipitations. What would happen if there would be a comparable degree of contamination with aluminum and barium?

It appears to me that such insights would be of great scientific value as well as of extraordinary public interest.

I hope very much that I am able to encourage further inquiries concerning this matter with these clues, the Welsbach-patent together with my article. Therefore, I am expecting your statement very much.

Dear Mr. Stetter,
thank you for the delivery of the documents regarding to the phenomenon of 'Chemtrail' with letter of August 17th 2004.

The illustrated procedures represent one further possible interpretation of the established contamination of our lakes. At the moment we receive investigation results from other regions of Switzerland which confirm our observations. But we will be in pursuit of the situation of our lakes advertently furthermore. If there would be new insights from it we would like to include your clues into our considerations.

We also have the intention to deepen further our insights with the (Notation: Swiss) Federal Agency for the Environment, Woods and Landscape (Bundesamt für Umwelt, Wald und Landschaft (BUWAL)).
