Nicly Done I would send this tp the President, Sec of Defense, director of NASA, Drector of CIA because the Mayor is not a frderal employee therefore he is not Agent or Principal in a federal criminal conspiacy.

After reciept is completed (by cert mail) I would then report the crime to the County Sheriff, The DOJ and the States Attorney's Office.
